Drowning

Tommy went down to the mines and was happy about all the progress he had made yesterday and today. He quickly left to head home to smelt his materials and start mining in the nether for netherite. Tommy felt that his loving ghost brother deserved only the best, and it would keep him safer in case of rain. The boy rushed into his home and left some things smelting while he hurried got more supplies and went to the nether to mine some more. It took a while but eventually Tommy was pleased with what he gathered home. Once home the boy started the process for armor and weapons. The boy took his time to carefully craft it all to prevent any cracks or mistakes in the items.

After Tommy finished he went and got ready for bed changing into pjs after a relaxing bath since he did spend all day in the mines again. He went and got some dinner and headed to sleep feeling very happy and accomplished with all his hard work today. He also felt joy from the fact that now at least he had the security that Dream wouldn't show up and take it. He felt joy in not feeling some sort of impending doom of having to watch the explosion. Or of Dream deciding he didn't do enough work and deciding to "help" him find motivation. Or that he was about to run out of food and couldn't leave the camp area without angering Dream. Tommy felt so free and so relaxed compared to exile. It was amazing though when he thought about it he wished he had his wings so he could finally fly freely. Dream had threatened him after catching him flying in exile. Had threatened to chop them off himself. The "warning" he gave Tommy was shooting him down mid flight with an arrow from a crossbow. Then when Tommy fell Dream stomped on the injured wing resulting in a broken bone. It had taken a while to heal, and it was painful as hell. Tommy learned to never fly in exile after that.

The next morning Tommy woke ip feeling fresh and ready for another day so he quickly got a clean pair of clothes and some good breakfast. After that he went outside and decided to relax by the ocean. It was calm and peaceful except for the occasional flashback to his failed beach party or some beating from Dream. It was alright though because he was free now. Nobody could hurt him anymore or else Foolish and Ghostbur would get them. Tommy felt safe around them and trusted them. Tommy finally got up after a little while and went for a relaxing walk around L'Manburg and just took his time to be lazy. He did work really hard after all and deserved a break.

He was walking around looking at all the new posters around the place. Something about an Egg and two new places. One was Kinako Kingdom and the other Las Nevadas. They both looked interesting but nothing really interesting for him. He kept on his way around and ended up at the bridge to the community house. It seems like they were redoing the community house and the bridges as well. He was half way across the bridge when he felt something hit him with enough force to knock him off the bridge. Tommy felt a sharp pain. He started to panic and his mind started to shut down quickly. He thrashed around and tried to yell only to swallow water. He hated the feeling of drowning. Soon his vision started to darken and he felt himself thrashing less and less.

Sapnap saw Tommy crossing the bridge so he started to jog towards him to talk to the boy and show him the improvements. He looked up in time to see an arrow hit the boy in the shoulder and knock him off the bridge. Sapnap yelled Tommy's name in a panic and ran to get him. Right before he could jump in to grab the boy's hand he felt himself get shot as well. Sapnap looked up at where the shots came from to see a flash of green. The adrenaline stopped him from feeling the pain of the arrow. Sapnap jumped into the water and got the blonde boy out of the water and onto the bridge. He was quick to administer CPR (no this should not come off weird just like a life or death medical situation just in case for any weirdos thinking otherwise) to the boy. He also took a moment to message in the public chat that he needed help at the bridge of the community house. George was the first to show up and he hurried to help.

Tommy woke up after finally throwing up all the water he could and getting some air. He did groan as the pain in his left shoulder was bad. He looked up to see Sapnap and George there looking at him with worry on their faces. Tommy felt himself start to cry from both the pain and bad memory of the duel with Dream that had gone similarly. Tubbo and Ranboo were the next pair to show up. Ranboo and Tubbo were quick to help with the arrow injury on Tommy and Sapnap. Nikki showed up next and ran off to get towels from the community house for the two. Ranboo put a public message that everything was being handled and for everyone else to not worry. Tommy calmed after a good cry and just shuddered at the feeling of drowning.
