Once Tommy finally felt like he had fully accepted everything about the shit show he called life he felt lighter. Tommy felt more free than he had since..well since possibly his childhood. Tommy felt so light and a bit less tense because accepting the hurt and trauma did not mean forgetting. Now though Tommy could look back on things without feeling this unbearable pain. It stung but it wasn't as bad as before more like a healing wound.
Tommy decided to go back to the bench since by now it was afternoon so the others may finally be gone. As Tommy made his way to the bench he saw that the bench was indeed empty now so he sat. As he looked out at the very of the high sun shinning down on the land he smiled and relaxed. He slowly and calmly closed his eyes just listening to the nature around him. There was no tenseness of a fight or of a need to prove himself to others anymore. Tommy could finally just be well Tommy.
A figure walked towards to peaceful boy who looked half asleep on the bench. The person smiled down at the boy since this was the first time the person saw Tommy this calm and this relaxed. The person tried to silently sit next to the peaceful boy but that's a bit difficult when you like wearing gold from head to toe. Tommy quickly jolted awake and stared at the person now sitting next to him. "Oh hi Foolish...don't scare me again or I'll be stabbin shit." Foolish was surprised by the boy's lack of yelling and the fact that he only made one threat. Foolish only laughed though and patted the boy on the back and promised not to "sneak up" on him again.
"So just here to enjoy the view or take a nap?" Asked Foolish with a knowing smile.
Tommy spluttered "HOW DARE YOU I WAS NOT SLEEPING I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I WAS VERY MUCH AWAKE AND AWARE YOU...YOU...GOLDEN BITCH!"
