After knitting Shroud some clothes he woke the small napping spider and dressed him. He also made him extra clothes. He also then took come time to get some of his own old clothes and stitch up some new clothes for Shroud. It was a long busy day caring for his new child and preparing him. He was sure to pack extra for the small boy as now they would have a sixth mouth to feed through the trip and Prime forbid any accidents or injuries he'd have to be sure that they had extra materials for that. After finishing all his top duties he headed outside setting Shroud down smiling before suddenly remembering Foolish also has a child so he had to pack for a second child. At least Shroud would have a friend as well he wouldn't worry about him being alone. He fenced up his property enough so it was safe for Shroud to play outside while he went back inside to pack for Foolish's child. He laughed at himself for being so dense and forgetting about the other kid. He decided to gift the kid a matching sweater to Shroud's but in a more emerald green color next to Shroud's blue one. The blue for Shroud's sweater was a courtesy of Friend.

Tommy was finishing up packing and was putting away dishes when he heard Shroud hissing and letting out yells of distress. This caused Tommy to drop the plates he was holding and run outside. He froze when he saw Tubbo standing with a sword pointed to Shroud while Dream and Ranboo stood behind. Tommy watched as his ex-best friend raised the sword and was about to swing only to see a flash of blue to ram into the brunette knocking him over. Tommy took that moment to run and pick up his distressed crying child and gently rock him. When he looked up hearing Tubbo yell and mutter angrily he saw Friend standing in front of Tommy as though challenging the three in front of them.  Tommy stood holding Shroud close as the small child trembled and he laid a hand on Friend.

Ramboo helped Tubbo stand as the brunette dusted himself off glaring at the sheep that threw him. Tommy glared at the three asking what the hell they wanted and why they attacked his child who was clearly just playing in his yard. Tubbo looked from Tommy's face to the child before questioning when he got a child only for Tommy to wave him off. Ranboo nervously spoke up how they came to check on him and saw a spider running around and assumed it was a feral spider. Tommy scoffed at the reasoning saying that he never once laid a hand on Micheal despite him having been a feral zombie piglin once yet they come on his property without permission and attack his child. Before Tubbo or Ranboo could say anything Tommy used on arm to shove them out of his fence along with Dream.

"You will speak to me from here seeing as you all have a problem feeling entitled to come on my land and attack MY child. How you thought he was just some feral thing while wearing a hand knitted blue sweater with my initials on the right shoulder I'll never know. Now if you plan to speak to me you will do it from here and if you try coming to talk to me again you can call me out of my home from here. Anyone except for Purple, Foolish, Ghostbur, Friend, or Foolish's kid steps through this fence without permission it will be trespassing and I will sur you until you're in fucking debt you hear me?" Tommy looked at them and watched as Tubbo opened his mouth to say something before turning and walking back inside his home with Friend following close behind. He heard Tubbo call for him but ignored him.

As soon as he was inside he hurried to his room setting Shroud on his bed and ran to get a first aid kit to treat the cuts and scrapes Tubbo caused. He was quick and watched as his sweet child took off his sweater and held it tightly with his six little arms (his two legs completing the 8 for a spider) and cried as it had some blood and was slightly cut up. Tommy felt his heart ache as he slowly gently took it and smiled at the little child. He assured him he would fix it and they could was it so it'll be like new. He got up and helped the boy off the bed before leading him to where he washes his clothes and letting the child watch as he washed it. Once it was all clean and dry by nightfall he led the child to the rocking chair. As soon as he was sitting the child climbed on his lap and curled up watching the teen quietly hum and stitch up the sweater while rocking them slowly. As soon as it was fixed up the teen helped the child put it back on and it was good as knew. Shroud turned to him hugging him tightly before muttering.

"Tant you papa" the little boy muttered as Tommy smiled petting him gently nodding. He kept rocking until the little spider fell asleep then he took him back to the bed and tucked him in and headed to the kitchen where the broken plates lay on the ground. He sighed getting the broom a d sweeping up the peaces. Then Friend made their presence known as she approached Tommy letting out a quiet baa as thought he knew not to wake the sleeping child. Tommy smiled petting the sheep thanking him for her today and how Shroud is safe thanks to their effort today. Friend gave a nod before making his way to the door right as there was a knock. The teen chuckled and finished up cleaning then went and opened the door and there stood Ghostbur, Foolish, Purpled, and Foolish's kid. Tommy let them in before asking what was up.

Ghostbur smiled before Foolish said that they thought it was time to go. Purpled nodded excitedly smiling. Tommy slowly nodded thinking it over knowing he can't just make some irrational decisions as he had Shroud to worry for. After some thinking he nodded and gave each one their bag before going to his room and wrapping a sleepy Shroud in a blanket and heading to the living room. They all smiled at the adorable child before all nodding to each other. Purpled pulled out the paper with their plan of escape. Foolish joked that he and Tommy better not be the sacrifices as the two slowed down be taking their respective child. The others laughed before deciding it really was time to run. Thankfully they had stationed horses in the forest so they wouldn't be stuck on foot. It was going to be a long journey ahead.
