Patrick arrived at the hospital 10 minutes late. Traffic did get heavy this day. He was rushing to get into his office when suddenly Tyson bumped into him.

"Hey bud, watch where you're going," Patrick said chuckling.

"Thank Jesus, Oh my God! I was looking for you everywhere, I didn't even notice that it's you!" Tyson replied catching his breath. It looks like he's searching for Patrick everywhere.

"I just came in, traffic is heavy. Why? What's going on?" Patrick responded looking concerned.

"We need you at the E.R. right now! " Tyson replied and without any second thoughts, Patrick immediately runs towards the E.R. with Tyson.

"What's going on?" Patrick asked worriedly while running.

"The patient's name is Robert Quinn, he has  Cerebral Aneurysm, they admitted him because the clot in between the nerves of his superficial temporal artery ruptured, clipping and coiling is the best option to do. You are the most experienced and trustable in terms of those kinds of surgeries. That's why we need you there," Tyson replied with a very serious tone.

"How is the patient doing?" Patrick asked while removing his lab coat and giving it to a nurse who's also under his department.

"Mr. Quinn's vital signs are stable, for now, thanks to Ariella, she's also inside," Tyson responded.

"That's good but is there a doctor in charge inside?" Patrick asked and Tyson was almost skeptical whether to tell Patrick who the doctor in charge inside is or not. "Tyson, Is there a doctor in charge there?" Patrick asked one more time with a much more serious and stern voice.

"Brad. Brad was the doctor in charge inside," he added, and Patrick looks at him with a blank expression but he couldn't care who's inside there right now, all he wanted to do is save the patient's life.

When they finally reached the E.R. Patrick immediately wore the surgical gown and went inside with Tyson. They saw Ariella assisting Brad. He orders the other nurse to get general anesthesia as he was about to start with the surgery.

"What is the patient's current state?" Patrick asked Brad. He was hesitant to ask Brad at first but this situation is between life or death so he has to compromise.

"His vital signs are stable. I was about to start the surgery," he responded with a serious but proud tone and full of pride while he reaches for the anesthesia the nurse is handing out to him. For a second Patrick feels like he's useless in there but he chooses to stay just in case things go out of hand. God knows how boastful Hendrix is when it comes to who is the better neurologist and surgeon between Patrick and himself.

"Let Dr. Wilson do the surgery," Ariella says, she's much more comfortable with Patrick performing the surgery because they all know when it comes to situations like this, Patrick is the best doctor to call. Brad's eyes were fuming in anger as she locks them at Ariella.

"I can do this!" He said very pridefully.

"Do you have any experience with Microsurgical Clipping and Endovascular coiling?" Patrick asked calmly. He looked at Brad who stopped in his tracks after hearing his question.

"This is your first time, isn't it?" Tyson asked completely aware of the silence from Brad.

"Let me do it then. We can not risk the patient's life." Patrick said sternly and started to ask the nurse to hand him a surgical glove.

As soon as the nurse hand over Patrick the surgical gloves, he immediately switches positions with Brad. Brad was headstrong and was reluctant to move at first but he realized Patrick was right, he can't risk someone's life just to perform a surgery he wasn't experienced doing. He does have an experience but it didn't end well. With Patrick ending to be the one who performs the surgery, Brad's pride and ego got hurt. The whole time he was there he was fuming in anger.
