Vera's POV

Vera was left alone at Patrick's apartment. He went to work and will be home later before dinner so Vera decided to cook for him. She got up from bed, she tidy up the man's bedroom and after that she decided to take a quick bath before heading down stair to prepare food for Patrick when he gets home.

She walks inside the bathroom where Patrick took a bath earlier and she saw that it is huge and very minimal in terms of the design. "He got good taste" she thought and smiled upon looking at the bathroom. She fill the tub with warm water and put some amount of body wash in it. She took her clothes off, the one Patrick let her borrow and while taking them off she accidentally dropped the shirt on to the tub, now it is soaking wet. "Why in the hell are so clumsy!" She exclaimed while face palming.

She picked Patrick's wet shirt from the tub and squeezed it to drain the water. "You're beautiful but sometimes you're just so stupid!" She said being pissed off of herself. She sighed and decided to just go in the tub and relax for awhile.

While in the tub, all her mind can think of was Patrick. The guy who saved her, the guy who's willing to protect her even if they just met and the very same guy Vera shared a kiss with.

She feels happy and so positive when Patrick is around her. She noticed the quick change in their friendship, she's not even sure if they're friends to be quite honest.

"We just met yesterday but then at that very same day, we kissed and then this freaking injury comes in and when I woke up I'm here at his bedroom and we shared a kiss again!" She said talking to herself, a wide smile sipping through her face while blushing heavily "And I even fed him breakfast! Am I that desperate to have a relationship?" She asked herself and giggled.

"Well who am I kidding, he's the perfect guy. Kind, sweet, protective, capable, loving, caring, and above all he is freaking handsome." She said while playing with the bubbles on the water.

"If ever I fall in love with him, will he even love me back?" She asked hoping to know what the answer to her question is. She sighed deeply and closed her eyes. Letting out all the negativity she's feeling. After 10 minutes of being in the tub, Vera got up and drained the water. She stood under the shower and let the water run through her body, spending another 5 minutes, finally she got out of the bathroom wearing only a bathrobe and her black laced panty because the shirt Patrick lend to her got wet. A silk bathrobe that has a plunging neckline and only covers up to her knees.

She thought of putting it on the dryer so she can wear it again, so she went out of the bedroom and walked down stairs. She searched for Patrick's laundry room but then after a time spent on searching around the apartment, Vera realized that he doesn't have a laundry room. "Oh holy macaroony! What am I going to wear?" She asked herself problematic when suddenly an idea pop out of her head. "I can go back to my apartment at get some clothes!" She said and walked to the front door, she was about to turn the door knob when she suddenly realized what Patrick said ~stay. Vera felt like Patrick was there behind her telling her to not go out of the apartment. "You son of a good woman! You're not even here! Patrick Wilson you make my mind crazy!" She exclaimed and returned to the living room of Patrick's apartment. She took a deep breath and said, "Well I guess I will be wearing this silk robe for the rest of the day" She said.

After taking the atmosphere and the mood of Patrick's place Vera decided to clean the living room like a typical wife before cooking dinner for Patrick. She busied herself with cleaning and making sure that the apartment is in a great condition. Vera took 1 hour to clean the apartment, it was tiring but she enjoyed it. The whole time she was cleaning, the imagination of her and Patrick living together still lingers to her mind, the thought of it gives her butterflies. She rested for few minutes and sat on the couch, thinking of what she can do for the rest of the afternoon. "I don't have anything left to do except for cooking my lunch." She said while resting her back on the couch, "Lunch, that's a great idea! I'll prepare lunch for Patrick and send it via food pick up and delivery." She said and got up immediately from the couch to look for ingredients for chicken fettuccine alfredo.
