When your enemy is sick ~ Jeonghan

You and jeonghan were seen a lot in the hallways. Mostly you yelling at him and him running away right after, while giggling in the most teasing yet adorable way. Well we all know how cute his giggle is. Everyone may have thought that you guys were getting along pretty well in your own unique way but that wasn't the case. He annoyed you a lot with his attitude and his foolish jokes and although it bothered you to the edge of screaming on top of your lungs, there was something in him that attracted you. Probably his cute smile whenever you would tell him to finally leave you alone or his laugh whenever his pranks on you worked too well, its like he was making his own magic inside your heart as it beated harder and harder whenever he stepped closer to you, spoke to you, smiled at you.

There were enough hints that you literally had a crush on the one and only Jeonghan, who unfortunately wasn't able to attend an important party of one of his bestfriend. "I cant believe Jeonghan got sick on new years party, we were supposed to be together, and I even decided to propose him at mid night coz it will be 2021. Ugh, what should we do now?" Ryujin sighed, arms crossed and pressed against her chest, walking with the two boys that surrounded her from the left and from the right.

Scoups who organized the party laughed silently at what ryujin said. "I guess the question should be what you should do now. We are pretty much fine without your crush, you know?" the boy standing on the left said. "aishh, forget it im just gonna go home ughhh, well happy new year ya'll" she rolled her eyes and left for home in a devasted way. "come on leave her lets celebrate new years eve" Joshua pulled scoups inside the party house.

"I heard Jeonghan is sick..." sana said. You replied "hmm" as you slurped your drink. "apples are blue" sana said looking at you. You again replied with a "hmm". Then she slammed on the table to get you back to your senses "YAH Y/N! Come back to your senses! I said Jeonghan is sick. I mean I don't even know why I even said that because it seems like you kind of feel his absence too since no one is disturbing your peace...and you started to strangely daze off since he doesn't attend school...what's wrong? Do you miss him?" Your eyes immediately turned to your friend, as she had a serious face instead of a teasing one, making you frown without even noticing. "Were you perhaps really missing him?" sana asked.

"n-no.... why would I miss that pain in ass" you shouted not so loudly. Sana smirked looking at you as she got the answer by your reaction. Well the truth is whenever you were way back from school, you couldn't help but think about Jeonghan. An image of him lying down with an unhealthy condition flashed before your eyes, which was your last string of patience. The reason was unknown to you but you were concerned about something you couldn't explain either. Something that caused uneasiness to flow through your veins, your blood, your heart. Biting on your bottom lip, you decided to leave the party and go to his dorm, nobody would notice that youre going to his dorm because everyone was in the party.

"yah, sana I have some work to do, im sorry I'll have to leave but I'll meet you in school" you said in a hurry and took your carry bag and left the party. You were walking fast but then you started running until you reach his dorm, well his dorm was near the party so it just took 5 mins to reach there. You ringed the bell many times and even slammed the door but nobody was opening, you thinking what to do when suddenly you remembered that you were once his science project partner and he took you in his room by climbing the ladders which leads to his dorm window because he lost the keys that time.

You suddenly started looking for the ladder and placed it below the window. You climbed up the ladder and you used a trick of your own to open up the window completely. Later you succeeded and jumped down into the bedroom only to see a tall figure laying on the bed. Without even being aware, you sprinted to Jeonghan's restless body as he was moving too much in his sleep, making discomforting noises. Feeling extremely worried, you had put your palm on his forehead in a gentle manner to check his temperature. "You're burning..." you whispered, thinking if you should get a wet towel since no one was home anyways. Or at least, you thought so. As you stood up, jeonghan grabbed your hand in a fast motion, making you gasp in shock. You turned to him only to see him with his eyes wide open as if he didn't even sleep in the first place.

"jeonghan?!" I said in a shock, "y/n? Never knew you would break into my house with my ladder..." yet of his unhealthy condition, he still managed to tease you. "Are you okay? You're burning?" dodging his statement, you wondered with a sincere being. "Am I? I think it's just my hotness..." mentally slapping yourslef, you closed your eyes in disbelief. "Since your mouth seems to be absolutely healthy, I assume I can take my leave... why did I even worry about an idiot like you. Stupid!" Just when you were about to make your way to the window and Jeonghan wanting to stop you from doing so, a voice echoed from the other side of the dorm, making you look at jeonghan who was as surprised as you.

Zero hesitations mixed in his intention, jeonghan pulled you to him, causing you to fall on his body due to the strength he put in to get you inside his bed. He then covered you with the white sheets that was also laying on him. "yah Jeonghan I bought hot soup for you" the door opened, revealing joshua "I thought you were still sleeping..." Jeonghan suspiciously smiled at his best friend as he answered briefly. "N-no...I just woke up. And no thanks, I don't wanna drink soup right now..." joshua's brows cocked up by jeonghan's weird behavior, however, he shrugged his shoulders afterwards. "As you wish...call me if you need something. And by the way...ryujin is all over you, I am telling you. That's why I told you that guys can't befriend girls."

hearing joshua, you felt sad, thinking Jeonghan liked her too since they were practically stuck together. "Thats not my problem. I don't take responsibilities of her feelings...if you want you can tell her that too... I don't care" jeonghan said and joshua nodded, also not really caring about the entire situation since he knew that Jeonghan definitely didn't feel the same. "Yeah...I knew that you didn't like her anyways. She is too clingy... also your heart already belongs to the one and only Y/n-" "YAH! GET OUT!!" your eyes widened but even more when Jeonghan's hard chest hit your face as he threw a pillow from the bed at joshua's handsome face. Joshua only laughed and wiggled his eyebrows before he officially left the room with a smirk. Jeonghan's entire body was numb to that extent that he didn't even dare to uncover your face from the sheets, feeling embarrassed..

At the end though, you removed your sheets yourself, having a smile plastered on your cherry lips. "Nice to know that you like me...you idiotic ass! You hit me with your hard chest!" you slapped his arm. Jeonghan licked his lips before he made sure of something. "You heard that I like you. And I know for a fact that you like me too..." you didn't clarify his assumption, causing your crush to grin widely. "I am right, right?" you puckered your lips and slightly nodded, making Jeonghan smirk and throw you into the bed again before he wrapped his arms around your body, almost suffocating you with his strong biceps. "are you working out lately?!" you asked being squeezed "Yes I work these just for you baby" you cringed at his ridiculous comment and pushed him off but he only held tighter on you. You were still trying to push him, he checked the time and saw its 12 am, and kissed you suddenly, you stopped pushing him and kissed him back. "I love you y/n, happy new year" he said between the kiss, you pulled back "I love you too hannie, happy new year". Jeonghan took you in his arms and started playing with your hair on the bed "Let's cuddle Y/nnie..."
