Chapter 5

Alli's POV

I wake up and remember what happened last night. I cant believe him. I realize that Nash has his arms around me and his head snuggled into my back. He is one weird kid. I get up and go the kitchen. DUH. I walk in and I see Maddi and Cam making out.

"AHHHH MY EYES!!" I yell and cover my eyes.

"Sorry Alli. We didn't realize you walked in." Cam says. I laugh.

"Obviously y'all were sucking face." I say and they laugh.

"You wont think its so gross once you get a boyfriend." Maddi says and I laugh even harder.

"Well then looks like I'm gonna think its nasty for the rest of my life because i will never get a boyfriend." I say.

"What about Ian?" Hayes says in a rude tone. I turn around to see him standing in the door way shirtless.

"Ya I THINK he might like me back. THINK. He might not even like me back because everyone I like always goes for my best friend back home!" I say yelling the last part and some tears falling. I feel Maddi come up and hug me. She walks me out to the front porch and we sit on the steps.

"Tell me whats going on. From the beginning." She says and wraps her arm around me.

"Well I have a crush on this kid Ian back home and for some reason Nash and Hayes hate him. Well i didn't tell Hayes till last night and he said he wasn't mad he was disappointed and I said that he should be happy for me and that I might actually be able to have my first boyfriend. Then I walked out and slept in Nashs' room." I say.

"What about the part that you said that everyone you like always goes for your best friend back home?" She asks.

"In 6th grade i had a huge crush on this kid named Blake and I told my best friend Autumn. She told him but I let her so don't think that she did it behind my back. But then I didn't realize it at the time but right after that her and Blake started dating and it really hurt. Then seventh grade year I had a crush on this kid Cameron and i told my other friend Isabella. She told him but this time i didn't want him to know and they started dating the next day. See every guy I like goes for my friends. I guess I'm not pretty enough for them." I say, crying again. She held me tighter.

"Alli you are beautiful and don't let anyone tell you different!! Any guy would be lucky to have you! If those boys cant see how great that you are than they are missing out!! They don't deserve you!" She says and kisses my temple.

"Thanks Maddi." I say and hug her.

"No Problem." She says. Then Nash busts through the door.

"WHERE IS ALLI!! Oh wait your right there." He says sitting on the other side of me.

"Hayes is just confused. Please talk to him," Nash Pleads.

"What is he confused about? You know what never mind. If he ants to talk he has to apologize." I say and Nash gets up and runs in the house. I look at Maddi and just as about to ask what just happened, Cam runs out the door, picks me up and throws me over his shoulder,

"Cam what are you doing!" I yell.

"Saving yours and Hayes friendship." He says. He walks up the steps and takes me to Hayes room. He takes me in and sets me on the bed. Hayes isnt in here yet. Yet I spoke too soon because here is Nash shoving him in his room. Him and Cam run and shut the door and lock it.

"We are not unlocking this door until you guys have made up and are being all cutesy again!" Nash yells through the door. I hear Hayes mumble something to himself.
