Cathy pov

3 years.

3 long fucking years, I have been here in this hell hole that is will's orphanage.

Allot of things happened in those years.

Like I now know not to run away.

Why you ask?

It doesn't work.

No matter what I do it doesn't work.

And bonus if they see you, you have to read a book.

But lucky for me I like reading.

So I did it quit a few time.

Until they found out of course, they always find out.

Then I had to wash all the dishes, but it was only for a day and not like a week.

Thank merlin.

They found out I like reading, because they caught me sneaking to the library of course.

So they gave me permission to read whatever I like whenever I wanted to.

Except at night.

But I found a loophole and stole a book to read din my room instead.

I also made friends, but they usually got adopted so I don't get to attached.

But then I made friends with the weirdest girl I had ever met.

She perfectly matched my attitude and sarcasm, but we were different in our own ways.

She wasn't as big a fan of reading.

And I wasn't very fon d of people in general

We were friends within the first 5 minutes we met and have been ever since.

She had blond hair and was amazing with animals.

She got adopted tho, by some family called the maloys or some thing like that.

That was 6 months ago and we have been owling each other eversince.

Although since she was gone i got bullied more, and not just by kids my age but the older ones to.

Tomorrow was adoption day and everyone was gonna be on their best behavior.

I didn't care for it very much, so I would act like I normally did.

It was just gonna be another adoption day.

I wasn't going to get adopted anyway.

at the potter house

The marauders were looking at harry and lilly.

The were playing with harry's stuffed animals.

All of them had small smiles on their faces, they were happy and content.

James got up and played with harry too, while peter got up to make some tea for everyone.

Sirius and Remus didn't move from where they were, sirius on his husbands lap.

"I want one to," sirius said with out realising, his eyes widend.

"Me too," said remus before he could stop himself, and looked at Sirius.

Sirius was already looking at him with the biggest smile on his face.

"Really," he asked and remus nodded, he smiled even wider if possible and hugged remus.

After a couple seconds he pulled back and frowned.

"What?" remus asked him.

"Well," he began, "it's just i'm a guy and you're a guy"

Remus hummed, nodding his head with a small smile on his face knowing where this was going.

James and lily, who were listening in on their convertation, frowned, not getting why he was pointing that out.

"How does that work? I mean don't you need to " he stopped not finishing hi sentence.

Remus raised his eyebrow at sirius and said, "Need to what?"

"You know," he gestured something with his hands near his lower region that looked like pushing.

James his eyes widened and he was trying hard not to laugh.

"No I don't know," said remus.

Sirius sighed, did he really need to explain this?

He took a deep breath and said, "Well to have a kid don't you need to, you know, have human intercourse," not saying 'sex' because harry was here.

"We do that"

"Yeah, but like we don't get pregnant and like have to push a baby out of us, do we? Because i'm definitely not pushing something that big out of me," he said while pointing at harry.

The three were barely holding it together.

"And anyways how does that even work, I mean harry was small when he was born, but how does he fit through a hole that tiny," he said making a circle with his hand, james was biting his lip to hold in his laughter.

"I mean I has to hurt, it would hurt if I had to do it. Lilly did it hurt when pushed out of your women hole," Sirius said to lily

They couldn't hold it anymore and the three simultaneously burst into fits of laughter.

Sirius looked confused.

"What, why are you laughing?" he questioned.

"Sirius," lily said since she was the first to recover, "you can't get pregnant."

"Why not?" he asked.

"You're a guy, and do you want to push a baby out of you?" james questioned.

"Wel no," he answered, "so we don't get to have children," he said sulkly.

"Yes we do," said remus."how?" came the reply.

"Adoption of course."

"Who are we adopting," said peter as he came back putting the tea on the table.

"Not we wormy, pads and moony want a kid," said james.

"Oh, well then let's get started on finding them one then," he replied.

They all agreed and started on their search.
