Cathy pov

I was planning on telling them about the lordship and how Regulas was alive but it got postponed.

Again.

And again.

And again.

Either because I forgot, or I was interrupted.

Like one time, when I was going to tell him, but we had to go to dragon's party.

To which I brought harry and they were absolutely adorable together.

So I completely forgot about it.

We did talk about his brother, again, but I didn't have time to tell him that he was alive.

Because Remus came to remind us that we had to hurry up with getting ready.

Since we were flooing to James and lily for Harry's and Neville's birthday party.

Which I had a lot of fun at.

I was sitting with Harry, and Violet with Draco on the couch.

We fell asleep, which means they took pictures.

Ugh black mail.

And I forgot.

Again.

When I finally told him, it was when I asked him if I could see the tree again.

He agreed, but this time I didn't let him go wandering of.

I dragged him to the room asking him questions.

"When their eyes are open their alive, right?" barely giving him time to answer "And you got blasted off right?"

"Yes, calm down," he said as we came to a stop in the room.

"Well then why is your face right here and not gone?" I asked pointing at his face.

He looked up confused.

"But only a-a," he stuttered looking at his brothers face.

Whose eyes were open.

With tears in his eyes he smiled looking at me then back at his brother.

He reached to touch his picture.

"He's alive," he whispered so soft I nearly didn't hear.

"Yeah," I whispered back.

"Do you know how many times I tried to tell you? To either get interrupted or completely forget," I said dramatically

He laughed a little at my attempt to cheer him up.

"Um father you know we need to go to Gringots to claim your lordship, right?" I said getting closer to him taking his hand.

He turned around and hugged me.

"I don't want to," He said.

"You have to," I said

"I know," he answered.

After the long process of claiming all the lordships and then going back to claim the heirships, since we forgot last time, we went home.

Now he had left to tell Remus and I fell asleep on the couch.

Time skip

It's 4 weeks later and I'm having a sleepover at the Potter house.

I was in the kitchen with uncle Wormy making some cupcakes.

Harry was in lily's lap on the sofa.

"Hey Catherin do you think this has enough flavor?" he asked me, looking at the frosting.
