*theyre birds. bare with me🧍‍♀️*

I bang on the strange hard material with my beak again. This time i feel a crack in a side of this small box thing. I give another hard peck and i see light.

i stick my head out of the small thing i was in and start screaming. i feel as if i will get attention by screaming. i see a very big bird coming towards me. which i can only assume is my mother. She is a large black bird with green and white stripes of feathers on her wings. i scream again and she shoves a worm in my beak. i swallow it whole.

i hear screaming that isn't mine. I turn behind me and see a brown bird, that was very small. i walk over to him and help him out of his circular thing. he screams again and mother gives him a worm as well. i tap his small head with my beak and smile at him.

we hear very loud screaming and look at the final circular thing. a larger blonde bird jumps out of it and shoves my smaller friend off the nest. he falls to his death. i turn to look at the murderer and he looks at me with his big blue eye balls. We keep eye contact for almost 9 seconds before he lets out another scream. louder than the first.

mother comes and tries to give him a worm but he very rudely yanks it out of her beak. i look at mother and she grabs me with her feet and flys away with me, leaving the youngest bird left behind.
