Rays pov

I told my mother about Norman but left out the part about him being a disgusting player then asked if I could spend the night at his house. Once I asked she almost burst out into tears. "Aw my baby boy is making friend's and is gonna have his first sleep over I'm so proud" she cried and hugged me. I was just grateful that Liam left a few minutes after I came back.  If he saw me now he would make fun of me.

"Mom its really not that big of a deal and I'm not a baby anymore" I said the pulled away. "Yes I know but I'm still very proud of you Ray". After mom cried for like 2 more minutes she said it was fine for me to go so I went up ro my room and grabbed some stuff then left to go to normans house.

Once i got to the address i couldn't believe his eyes. Normans house was ginormous.  This couldn't be his house he must've given me the wrong address he must be messing with me or something.

I was about to say fuck it and go back home until a certain blond boy came running out of the building I don't even know if I could call a house. "Ray there you are come inside" he called to me. You've got to be kidding me. I walked up to him as he waited on his front porch.

"Your place is huge" I told him and he chuckled.  "Yeah both my mom and dad run there own business and it's super popular so we get alot of money " Norman explained while I just nodded. To be honest I felt kinda jealous of him. "Come on let's go inside" Norman said and grabbed my hand and lead me around.

"Hey mom dad this is the new kid I was telling you about" Norman said leading me into his huge living room. There was a man and a woman and Norman looked like a perfect mix of both. "Ah hello dear" the woman said to me as the man just nodded in my direction. "Um hello" i said kinda awkward. The woman smiled at me then introduced herself and her husband "my name is Olivia and this is my husband petter". I nodded. "My name is Ray" I introduced back. Norman pulled me away as he told his parents he was going to take me to his room.

Once we got to his bedroom I was even more surprised.  The walls were white and the floor was a light wood with a light blue rug. He had a desk and 2 bookshelves And his bed was giant. He also had several game consoles and different controllers and a large screen TV hung up on the wall opposite from the bed. His room was also clean opposite from mine.

"So you wanna watch TV or play a game or something " Norman asked siting on the bed while I just stood at the doorway feeling overwhelmed. "Um I've never played a video game other then the ones on my phone" i said feeling a bit embarrassed as well as overwhelmed. "Thats ok I can teach you "Norman said standing up from his bed then he grabbed my hand and led me to his bed and made me sit down on it then he went over to one of his gaming consoles and turned it on then Grabbed 2 controllers then turned on the TV then walked over to me handed me the controller then sat down himself.

"So I have a few games here that you can pick from so what do you wanna play" Norman said scrolling through all of his options. "Um whats the easiest game you have on here" I ask. He laughed then clicked on a game then showed me how to play it.

5 minutes later

"I TOLD YOU TO PICK AN EASY GAME YOU ASSHOLE" I yelled at Norman and he laughed at me.

"This is an easy game". "For you it might be but I've never played any video games other the the ones on my phone......and I died again". I sighed as Norman was laughing his butt off at my failure.

"HEY STOP LAUGHING AT ME, YOU WERE THE ONE THAT CHOSE THE GAME" I yelled at him feeling embarrassed. When he continued laughing I grabbed one of his pillows and hit him in the head with it. I don't think it worked the way I wanted it to because he continued laughing but even harder now.

I was about to grab another pillow until his mom came into the room with a tray full of snacks. "Norman dear i brought you and Ray something to eat she said and put the tray on his desk as Norman calmed down his laughing. "Thanks mom" he told her as she smiled. I thanked her as well and she just waves me off with a smile saying it was no problem and that if we needed anything to call her or Peter. Norman and I both nodded and she left the room. "Wow your mom is really nice" I said to Norman and he nodded and got up to grab the tray. "Yeah sometimes my dad her and I all go to are beach house in the summer and its super fun and whenever I have a friend over she always brings us good food" Norman said. "A beach house " I said tilting my head a little bit to show my confusion.  " why would you need more then one house". Norman laughed at me but not in a mean way. "Well during the summer my parents and I like to go to the beach often so we bought a beach house a few hours away so we stay there most of the summer" Norman explained to me. He grabbed the tray and brought it over to me and we both started eating the food.

"So do you do anything fun like that with your mom or dad" Norman asked. I looked down at my lap trying to think of anything. "I don't think so " I answered him. "My dad died the day I was born and my mom and I never really had alot of money to do anything ". Norman had a sympathetic look and put his hand on my shoulder. "Hey its ok and if it makes you feel any better if we are still friends by summer I could talk to my parents about inviting you and your mom to come with us to the beach house" Norman suggested. "I don't know abo-" I started to say before Norman cut me off. " we have more then enough space to fit you guys so there wouldn't be a problem also it could be a good get away from your moms boyfriend Liam was his name right"? I nodded. It did sound fun and it could give me and mom some time to just hang out like we used to before Liam but I can't forget the fact that she is a criminal.  "Well see what happens when the time comes" I said to Norman and he nodded. "Cool now let's play the game its fun to beat you so easily" Norman said with a stupid smirk. "Oh fuck you "
