Normans pov

"I tried to help I really did he was just really strong and Ray didn't run when I told him to".

Emma and I had brought Tyler to my house after we found him beat up. Emma dried and charged rays phone and called don and Gilda over to my house while my mom called Isabella and Leslie . But for some reason Isabella told us not to call the police.

"I understand that you tried to save him but what we need to know is who took him and were"? I said with clenched teeth. "Ray said his name but I can't remember.  Maybe Lathan or Lynn or-".

"It was liam". Issabella cut him off. "Yeah thats the name Ray said". "OK did he say were he was taking ray" Gilda asked but Tyler shook his head. "No all he said was that he wanted Ray to come with him and I wouldn't get hurt".

I sighed. Of course Ray would put someone else's safety before his own. He's such an idiot sometimes but thats why we have to save him.

"Issabella you told Ray and I the day we went over you and Leslie felt like you were being watched did you know it was liam"? I asked and Isabella nodded. "I had a feeling it was Liam but I didn't want to jump to conclusions so I didn't say anything".

"Why would he do something like this". Mom asked and Isabella sighed agin. "I broke up with him even though I knew it could cause danger for Ray and I".

"What do you mean by that Isabella " dad asked. "Well you see liam is a...... serial killer".

We all sat there in shock. Isabella was dating a serial killer. Ray lived with him for weeks and didn't say a thing to anyone. "Oh my god" I said and covered my face. Ray was kidnapped by a serial killer and his mom's ex boyfriend. 

"Why didn't you tell anyone like the authorities or at least us" dad yelled and Isabella made a face that showed even more shame then what it held before. "Its because...I'm no better then him...I am a wanted crimanal.... thats why Ray and I had to move here...he has no other family except me...so I thought it would be better just to keep him with me...."

All of us were in even more shock. Rays mom was a wanted criminal and his moms ex is a serial killer. "Isabella  i don't know what to say" Leslie said with tears starting to form.

"I understand if you all hate me and want me in prison now but please don't blame Ray for any of this." Isabela said. "It wasn't his choice to be born by me and it wasn't his choice to be forced into the crimes he was forced into. None of it was his fault but mine so please don't abandon him". Issabella got down on her hands and knees begging us to not hate Ray.

Mom sat down on her knees infront of Isabella and hugged her. "Isabella I don't hate you or Ray. You made bad decisions in life but you realize what you've done is wrong and we can all see that. Look at you now you have a job, freinds, and a son that loves you and I promise we will get him back".

Isabella nodded and hugged my mom back crying. It must have been difficult. Living in shame and having to keep secrets all the time. When we get ray back I'm ganna make sure he knows he's ok and nothing he has done is his fault.

The adults asked the kids to leave the room and take Tyler to the bathroom to clean him up so we did. As we walked up the stairs I saw a pice of paper fall on the floor. I opened it.

If your looking for Ray I have him and at midnight ill have him on the roof of the school building. Only Isabella and Rays school freinds can come.

If you don't come Ray will die

"Tyler what is this" I asked showing him the badly written note. "I don't know he must've put it in my pocket when he knocked me out". Tyler answered. I nodded and ran downstairs.
