Olivias pov

I just got a call form the school saying Emma attacked Norman. I remember Emma was one of rays close friends.  When I met her she seemed so sweet and kind why would she do something like that. When I asked about why the person on the phone just said it was just some silly drama. I didn't like that answer but it was obvious the school won't tell me what happend. 

Now that I think about it Ray and Norman are acting kinda different towards each other. Normally they are inseparable but now it seems like they are keeping there distance. Did Norman do something to Ray that made Emma. Ray might not be my real child but as a mother I am still very concerned for him.

I walked up the stairs to try to talk to ray until I herd something from normans room. I peeked through the door and saw him curled up on the bed crying.

"Norman dear are you ok" I asked shuting the door behind me. "Mom i messed up bad" he said. I walked over to him and sat next to him. I hugged him and let him cry on me.

After a little bit he calmed down I asked him. "Norman what happened at school today I got a phone call that Emma attacked you". Norman shook his head. "You know I have a crush on ray right". I nodded and he continued. He told me about how ray told him when they first met that he didn't want to date anyone so Norman was trying to get ray to fall for him. He then told me about how a girl kissed him infront if ray and that he kissed he back.

I was really disappointed in Norman. I never knew that he was a player. I still love him but I was still disappointed.  "Norman do you relize what you did wrong" he nodded. "You know I love you right". He sniffles and nodded".

I sighed. "This is something I can't help you much with because its you who is at fault but the best I can do for you is to tell you that just an apology won't help much". Norman nodded. "I know he deserves much more then just an apology but I don't know what to do". "What you do is for you to decide you need to figure this out on your own".

Norman nodded and I kissed him on his forehead.  "I love you honey ". "I love you to mom". I left his room and went back into the kitchen.  I pulled out my phone and called a number.

"Hello yes I'm sorry for calling so suddenly but I would like to talk to you about something do you think you will be free tomorrow so we can talk over lunch".

Normans pov

I'm surprised mom wasn't mad at me. It was obvious she was disappointed but I thought she would be mad. But then again she and dad have never really been the types to get angry.

I sat on my bed thinking. I know ray saw me kiss that girl I herd him crying but why didn't he say anything about it when I got home. I even hugged him and he still didn't say anything.  I did notice him flinch when I hugged him though.

I walked over to my desk. I know for sure I will write an apology letter like I promised to before but that won't be enough.  I need to do something really special for him. Thats when I got it. Pulled out a note book and started ploting out my plan.

Isabellas pov

Its been a day since Olivia called to meet up with me. I got the job at the super market with Leslie and liam was still going through rehab but it wasn't working well.

I walked up to the restaurant Olivia said she wanted to meet up at. I walked in and saw Olivia. I sat down across the table from her and she smiled.

"What did you want to talk about" I said geting straight to the point.

"How would you feel if ray was gay". "Why would it matter" I answered . Olivia sighed. "You see I think Norman and Ray have feelings for each other and I wanted to know how you felt about that. I'm really not trying to be intrusive ". I nodded.

"I support my son in anything he wants to do because I love him very much". Olivia smiled and nodded. "Is that all you needed" I asked. I don't not like her I just don't like the fact that I have to ask her to take care my son which I've been raising since he was a baby. Its honestly humiliating.

"I have two more questions". Olivia said and I nodded. "What are your plans for Christmas "? "I'm not sure yet my boyfriend is coming up with stuff for us to do but I hope to see Ray before the new year". Olivia nodded and smiled. "Well if you want you can always stay the night at are house we have more then enough room".

"Thank you for the offer but I don't want to intrude on your family".  Olivia waved her hands infront of her. "You wouldn't be intrusive at all in fact I think ray would really be happy if you came around especially now". What did she mean especially now. "Did something happened"? I asked and Olivia frowned. "Recently Norman did something that really hurt ray and is trying to fix it but I think if you came to talk to ray sometime soon he will feel alot better".

I nodded. "Would it be OK if I come on Christmas day I wouldn't stay the night but ib come for a few hours to be with ray". Olivia smiled and nodded. "That would be great ". I wonder would ray really be happy to see me or is he still angry with me. When we text he dosnt seem angry but I'm still nervous.

"Anyway about the last question " I said. Olivia nodded. " right I wanted to ask how work has been have you made any progress". I nodded. "Yes I got a job at a super market nearby my house and my boyfriend is doing rehab yet its not helping much". Olivia nodded and smiled. "If you ever need anything Peter and I will gladly help you.

I thanked her and we both left the restaurant.  I'm glad it seems ray is doing ok yet I am worried about what Norman did to hurt him. I hope he is doing well .I am exited to see him so I only have about a week until Christmas.  A week until I see him again.
