Normans pov

Class went by well. I could tell Ray was deep in thought for most of class so we didn't talk much.

When we were walking to lunch I pulled him to the side away from everyone.

"Hey Ray are you feeling OK in class you seemed kinda...distant"? Ray smiled and nodded at me. "Yeah I'm fine sorry to worry you I was just thinking about my mom and liam".

I nodded and kissed him quickly then we both walked to the lunchroom.

Rays pov

Norman and I separated to sit by are freinds. I sat at my spot at the table with don and Gilda. It was really quit without Emma but thankfully she'll be back in a few days.

We talked about random topics trying to hold a conversation without Emma but it was mostly awkward until some one sat next to me.

"Hey sorry to interrupt but is this seat taken". I shook my head. "Its fine Tyler you can sit there".

Tyler nodded and started eating. "So Ray were is Emma at she usually sits with you right"? Tyler asked but Gilda spoke up. "Something happened so she won't be here for a few days but she'll be back soon".

Tyler nodded and continued eating. I heard him mummble something with my name in it but before I could ask what he said the lunch bell rang so he scurried away. "That was kinda weird" I said and don and Gilda nodded. "What ever let's just get to class.

Tylers pov

I can't believe it. I actually sat next to ray. I've had a big crush on him since the first time I saw him but he's always hanging out with norman so thats kinda annoying.  What ever ill get him to notice me somehow. Thank goodness I have his number so I can talk to him.

Whatch Norman ill get him before you do.

Emmas pov

I sense something in the air. Its almost like....someones....trying to ruin......."MY SHIP"!!!!!!!

"EMMA STOP YELLING AND KEEP CLEANING YOU KNOW IM STILL UPSET AT YOU FOR GETTING SUSPENDED " my mom yelled from downstairs.  "OK sorry mom" I said back and continued cleaning.

"Who evers trying to mess with my norray ship is ganna pay".

"EMMA"!!!

"SORRY COMING MOM".

Rays pov

The rest of the school day went by well. Slow and boring but at least there were no problems. I was waiting by the school gates for Norman since he was talking with some of his freinds and I didn't want to interrupt.

I was looking at my phone when suddenly. BAM. I grabbed the persons arm and pushed them onto the ground before they could run into me.

I saw out of my perifual vision someone running toward me but they had there head turned so the couldn't see me. I kinda freaked out but at least I didn't flip them over my shoulder.(sorry norman)

I looked downcat the person under me to see Tyler. "Oh sorry are you ok"? He nodded and I helped him up. "I'm fine and thanks". I nodded and went to look back at my phone but Tyler didn't leave. "So how was your day today Ray"?

"Um it was fine hbu".

"It was good thanks for asking".

"No problem".

Ok so I've never been good at holding a conversation but I kinda wanted Tyler to go away so I tried giving short answers but it dosnt look like that will work.

"So why are you out here are you waiting for a ride or something"?

I shook my head. "No im waiting for norman". I answered still not looking at Tyler.  I don't know why I just kinda feel off about him right now. Or maybe its not him I feel off about. I don't know i just don't feel like anything good is about to happen if I stay much longer.

"Why are you waiting for him"? Gosh I almost forgot Tyler was here for a second. I was so caught up thinking about the bad feeling.

"Um we live together so it's easier to just wait for him".

"WAIT YOU LIVE TOGETHER THATS WHY YOU ALWAYS HANG OUT"??!!

I cringed at Tyler Young but nodded."yeah but can you please keep your voice down you might kill my eardrums". Tyler apologized and around then Norman came out of the building and walked over to us.

"Ready to go ray"? He asked me but gave a small glare to tyler. "Yep ready when you are. Bye Tyler see you tomorrow ". I waved bye and so did he as I walked away with Norman.

When we got inside the house I new I was in trouble. Before Norman could say anything I ran to his room.

"RAY GET BACK HERE"!

I ran into the room with Norman hot on my heels. I quickly shut the door and hid under the bed. CRAP I FORGOT TO LOCK THE DOOR.

Norman swung the door open and cheacked around the room for a second. "Dang I thought he came in here I guess not". Norman turned to leave the room but he caught his foot on something and fell.

Without thinking I ran out from under the bed to see if he was ok. "Norman are you ok? Your not hurt are you"? Before I could touch him I was being picked up and thrown on the bed.

"I was pretending " Norman chuckled and I glared at him and sat up. "Well I was worried you big jerk". Norman sat down infront of me and gave me a short peck on the lips.

"Sorry love but I had to get you somehow". I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Yeah you caught me you win".

Norman smiled but his smile dropped a little bit. "I told you I don't want you hanging out with Tyler. Why did you. I saw you at lunch and after school so why didn't you listen ".

I frowned to. "He came up to me both times so its not my fault I don't want to be rude. I really don't get why you don't like him he seems really nice just kinda annoying".

Norman sighed but pulled me in a hug. "I get it and I'm not mad. Just kinda upset you didn't listen. Ti be honest I don't know why I don't like him either I just get a bad feeling when he's around you. I'd just rather you ignore him".

I pushed Norman away. "I'm not ganna ignore someone just because you don't like them. I get to choose who I hang out with smae with you"!

Norman was shocked by me suddenly pushing him away but he nodded. "Sorry I understand. You can hang out with who you want I just will tell you I don't like him. Please don't be mad at me".

I sighed and moved back to hug Norman. "I'm not mad at you. I understand that you don't like him but please trust me. If he tries anything ill drop him right away so don't worry. I love you".

Norman smiled and kissed my head. "I love you to ray. Do you wanna cuddle now"?

I shook my head. "Cuddles would be great but I have homework and studying to do so later". Norman whinned and started to become clingy and not let me out of his arms.

Yep were doing the whole I can't get out of his arms until he let's me go game.

I hate and love this man so much.
