Dawn breaking from the horizon. Winter murmuring around with the breeze. Snowdrops shining like pearls on the leaves under the sunshine. The darkroom lighting slowly. The curtains moving because of the wind coming from the half-open window.

The man squirmed a little. His whole body aches. Pain shooting from his head to toes. He tried to open his eyes slowly. The eyelids felt heavy that he couldn't even see what's happening around him. Strange. Where is he? What place is this?

The room was big and barely enlightened. He was lying on a king-size bed. Some paintings are on the wall, flower vases, and grey color curtains blocking the sunlight. It was scary at first but then cold. A feeling of throwing up, and unwanted worries settled in his stomach. He couldn't move his finger. There were bandages on his head, hands. His body was covered in the blanket and the warm material making it difficult for him. Because when he panicked, he felt burning. He tried to move and get up. And that's when a hand stopped him.

Yeonjun.

The younger was sitting on his right, on a stool looking at him with wide eyes. Jeongguk blinked twice. Flashback painting in front of his eyes. What happened to him? He found Yeonjun's eyes pooling with worry and concern.

"Sir, please don't move. You're not healed yet."

Yeonjun said. Now his eyes and voice are enveloped with guilt. Yeonjun sounded like he regrets everything he said and did yesterday. But Jeongguk knows whatever he did was the right thing, the true words. He doesn't blame the younger. When he was trying to register things, the door opened revealed Soobin with a tray of food and medicine in his hands. The male's face lit up at the sight of Jeongguk.

"Sir, Thank God. You're awake. Are you alright? How are you feeling now? Is there any----"

Soobin fired questions as fast as he can. His voice was full of concern. Jeongguk felt bad for doing this to his assistants. Being a burden and making them worried about him. It felt so awful for him. Jeongguk cut off Soobin's questions and asked.

"What day it is?"

For a moment, his assistant looked at him with a blank expression. Then Yeonjun replied.

"Friday. "

Jeongguk nodded. He fidgeted with the blanket. Then asked again.

"Umm... Where am I ?..."

He was a bit embarrassed when asking that. The room doesn't feel familiar. But he got a teeny tiny hint. Yesterday. Thank God, in his memory, yesterday was Thursday. Yeah.

"We're at Dear Moon. Ugh, Yesterday..."

Yeonjun paused with guilt. His head was low. Soobin did tell him everything he did. And he was embarrassed to face his senior even though the said senior thinks there's no wrong in what he said. Jeongguk tapped on Yeonjun's hand next to him on the bed. The younger looked at him with hopeful eyes. Jeongguk smiled at him, assuring him that everything is fine.

"Ah, I don't remember what happened... Last...how... I..."

Jeongguk tried to connect the dots. He was telling the truth. As far as he recollects, he was standing on the cliff, talking to the moon. Then how did he end up like this? All wounded and pained.

"We were drunk. And after that, you left for a walk. But never returned. I waited for you... But...

Then this morning, the workers of this guest house found you... At the riverbank, near the shore. They helped you to get out from there. You don't remember because you were unconscious and had lost a lot of blood. They called us as they knew you're one of us. So...
