"Jimin!", you yelled from across the room, "I have packed everything. Shall we head out?"

"Why did he suddenly ask us to go with him?"

You practically jumped in place and clutched on your chest, "The fuck Yoongi?"

The said man rolled eyes and stood beside you gawking at the tangerines kept in the basket.

"Yoongi, don't you dare.", you slapped on his extended hand, "They are for offerings."

"Fine.", he husked, "But is it really okay for Hoseok to give us a ride?"

You nodded, "Hoseok has a day off today, so when he knew about this, he himself offered this preposition. Don't worry, Hoseok's a great guy unlike someone."

Yoongi snickered at that, "Heard that asshole's gonna join too?"

"I don't know why and I just hope he'll behave otherwise I always carry a knife with me."

"Right. Like you could really do anything else other than giving him heart eyes?"

You grimaced at the comment.

After decorating the cremation niche with her favourite flowers and making the offerings, all of you waited outside for Jimin to return.

Jungkook was unusually quiet. You even caught him stealing glances at you.

"I think he came here to talk to Ena and Sash. They both are ghosting him for now.", you whispered to Yoongi.

"Or to talk to you.", he commented skeptically, "He's being out of character today."

"Because he hasn't insulted me--"

"Because he's looking at you and has been doing that whole time.", Yoongi smirked, "Girl, detach from us for some time and see that puppy follow you."

"You must be kidding Yoong--"

He had already shoved you and when you glared at him, he mindlessly gestured to the other side of the building.

Irritated, you walked further and leaned against a wall, scrolling your Twitter feed.

"Hi..."

You looked up to see Jungkook standing in front with a hesitant demeanor. You didn't bother speaking.

"Can I speak to you for few minutes?", he asked politely and you rolled eyes.

"Since when did you became so formal with me? Are you sure you're not gonna insult me again?"

Jungkook winced at your tone and shook head in urgency,"I wanted to apologize. I have been extremely rude to you for no reason. Whatever happened in past, wasn't your fault and I just....", he apologetically looked at you, "I just channeled my frustration and shortcomings on you. I'm sorry."

It took you some moments to register his words. But when it did you sighed contently, "Coming here and apologizing must have been hard for you. I appreciate it. But I can't forgive you right away. I understand you are doing this for Ena and Sasha. They're important--"

"Not for them.", Jungkook blurted out, "But they surely have made me realize my mistakes so I genuinely wanted to apologize."
