Wrecked

I heard a knock on the bathroom door and I stood up quickly, wiping my eyes, "yes?"
"You okay?" I heard Danny.
"Yeah, I'm good. Thanks Danny."
"They want to cut the cake soon. So, no rush but whenever you're done feel free to join us."
"Alright, I'll be out in a minute." I heard his foot steps wonder off and I sighed, looking in the mirror once more.

I wanted to be anyone but me right now. I ran my fingers through my hair and walked out of the bathroom.

We cut the cake. I didn't eat any because I felt entirely sick.

It was now dark and everyone was leaving.
"I'm going to go with your mom and Alyse because we have another surprise. Are you gonna be okay driving back alone?" Leo brushed a piece of my hair behind my ear.
"Yeah I should be good." I nodded.

"You seemed really off about all of this. Was it just because they're part of your birth family or what's going on?" Leo seemed concerned.
"It's nothing, really. I didn't mind seeing my family. It was a very very kind gesture." I fake smiled.
"Y/n, talk to me. Please." He put his hands on my cheeks.

I sighed, "some guy told me I look like my dad." I frowned as my eyes started to water.
"Awe, baby." Leo pulled me in and I put my head on his chest, wrapping my arms around him as tears fell.
"You're not him, okay? You're beautiful and amazing. He's neither of those things." He comforted me.

Leo kissed my head after I said goodbye to him, "I love you, I'll see you in a few minutes."
"I love you too."
He wiped my cheeks of the tears, "don't let it get to you, my love."
I nodded and headed to my car.

I was on my way home and someone behind me had their high beams on making it extremely hard to see. Worse yet, they kept flashing them.

I tried to speed up but when I did, so did they. I started to panic. Was this whoever was following me the other night? They sped up more and drove beside me. I looked over to try and see who it was but their windows were tinted pitch black.

They swerved over hard and before I knew it, my car was flipped on the side of the road. Everything went black. When I came to, two hands were pulling me out of my car. I squinted my eyes. I could feel blood drip down the side of my head. I got a glimpse of a face. They had a mask on. Only their eyes were showing. And they had a black hoodie on with the hood up.

I started to try kicking to get away. My body was weak and my head was pounding. I screamed. This person put their hand over my mouth and forced me to their car. They put me in the back seat and handcuffed me to the headrest of the passenger seat. Both my hands were cuffed. They tied my ankles up with rope and put duck tape over my mouth.

They got in and I started yelling through the tape. It all came out in muffles though.
"Shut the fuck up." They started driving again. My heart was pounding and my head was throbbing.

Leos POV:
Alyse and y/n's mom and I were waiting at the house for her with her birthday present. I tried calling her but I didn't get an answer. We waited for another 20 minutes and than all of us started to worry.
"Let's just take the rout I showed her and see if we find anything." We all hastily headed to the car.

Readers POV:
I could tell this person was a man from their voice. He stopped at a house. When he took me out of the car I looked at the house and instantly recognized it.
