The day arrived. Our banquet day to officially introduce us to the Empire. I don't want to see anyone, mostly if it involves the Empress and the Emperor. Me and Mizuki decided that we should come up with excuses in order for us to not talk to the Emperor or Empress.

"Princess! Princess! Time to wake up, it's a special day~!"
Marie had exclaimed as she was full of excitement while Calista was still sleeping in her bed with her face covered with her covers as she tried to continue sleeping.
"Princess, if you keep sleeping Mizuki is going to leave without you!"
As soon as Calista heard what Marie had told her, her eyes widen, as she quickly got up from her bed and quickly ran over to Marie.
"Don't worry I'll tell Dion to wait for us."
Marie had told Calista with a smile on her face.
"Gah!! I'm such as mess! I forgot that me and Mizuki had to go into the main hall together!! At least Marie told me before it was too late, haha.."
Calista spoke to herself as she was embarrased from forgetting about getting up on time.
Time went by, it was night time, around 9 pm. Guests were arriving into the Imperial palace. Aristocrat's from Barron's to Duke's were arriving as they had a servant behind them with a gift of some sort. Mizuki and Calista walked in the hall of the Imperial rooms while holding hands, the door to the main hall stood before them.
Calista wearing a gold colored long dress up to her light red shiny shoes and white socks with flower designs all around on the top, with her hair loose and curled up all over, going down to her waist, with two braids on each side with a big white flower pin on her left side of her hair.
Mizuki wearing a gold colored vest with a white collared shirt underneath, with the same gold colour shorts with the wavy designs on the bottom and red shoes the same color as Calista, with his hair on the sides removing his bangs away from his face.
"HA,HA,HAAAA"
"Stop doing that Calista!! Didn't I tell you that my head hurts when you talk too loud?!"
"I just can't hold it in!! If I can't breathe outside I would rather breathe inside my head!!"
"That...doesn't make ANY sense."
"Well whatever!! The door... IT'S THIS ONE!"
Mizuki and Calista had finished their conversation through their telepathy. They gripped each other's hands, until they both, together, opened the two doors beside each other, with Mizuku and Calista each putting one hand on a door.
"Now arriving their Imperial highnesses! Princess Calista De Afilia, and Prince Mizuki De Afilia !"
A knight on one side of the door had said outloud as everyone that was downstairs from the entrance that Mizuki and Calista were at, bowed down to them as they entered the hall.
Mizuki and Calista walked down the stairs to the lower ground, while still holding hands. Once they got down, everyone came towards them to greet them as well as to introduce themselves.
An hour went by, Mizuki and Calista were leaning on the railing of the balcony on the side of the main hall, as they were breathing from exhaustion.
"Dude, I am, NEVER going to talk to anyone when it comes to other kids trying to become our friends!!"
"Agreed!! Just because we're royalty they tried setting me up!! ME!! A KID!!"
"Jeez Calista you think it was hard for you? Girls were trying to approach me so that they could be the next Empress!!"
"GAH!!"
Both Mizuki and Calista thought to each other, as they both let out a sigh at the same time.
As Mizuki and Calista were in exhaustion, someone at an adult height approached them with a dark blue cloak and a hood on it.
As Mizuki and Calista heard someone stepping foward they quickly turned around. A young man, with black hair and sky blue eyes was looking right towards them with a smile on his face.
"Mizuki?"
"Mhm, who the hell is he?!"
Both Calista and Mizuki spoke to each other with a nervous expression.
"Don't you want to ask me questions?"
The young man, asked with a somewhat smile on his face.
"Haa, you kids really should learn to talk. Having to put a smile is really tiring. After all these years of me sleeping and finally waking up I only find myself having to talk to kids for information. How boring."
The young man looked to the side with an unentertained expression on his face.
"Who are you?"
Mizuki said outloud, still nervous.
"Finally you talk- Hm? What's this?"
The young man quickly grabs the chin of Calista and Mizuki up close to his face as he stared straight into their eyes, as his blue eyes glowed towards them with a satisfying smile on his face. Mizuki quickly brushed off the hand of the young man and just looked down at the ground with a nervous expression. The young man then let go of Calista's face, while she only looked at him with confusion. The young man glanced at Mizuki, then looked at both of them.
"I see, now this is really interesting. Things are about to be fun..."
"W-what do you want??"
Mizuki blurted out as Calista looked at him in shock.
"I'll stick around for some time, for now, my name is Luke. Remember that for next time"
When Luke finished talking, he snapped his fingers and disappeared in thin air.
"The hell just happened??"
Calista asked Mizuki as Mizuki just stared at the empty spot where Luke was last standing.
"Why...didn't he..."
Mizuki thought to himself while Calista was still calling out to him, trying to get a response out of him.
