Some of you have asked about some information about Denki's Uncle, so I'll explain his quirk;
Damien's quirk allows him to travel along the electrical signals that are emitted from phones as well as being able to travel along power lines. His quirk allows him to jump from different devices; Computer, phone, Ipad, etc. this will only work if the device is on and in a 100 mile radius of his current location. He can also decide which device to travel too.
