HIROGERU (Season 2)

Episode 4 - Reality

“Separated again.” Yue thought as she was in her office quarters. She wore her standard Tuteur uniform as she examined the documents left on her table. Sighing heavily she piled the ones she had read to her right and took the unread ones from her left. “I can’t believe he would do that!” she thought to herself as she was a bit angry.

A knock on her door was heard afterwards.

“It’s open.” She said and on cue the door opened. Yue was met by Dilan, the person who had Seiryu arrested and detained.

“Hey.” He said with a smile on his face.

Upon seeing him, the azure haired girl immediately felt a bit of rage inside her. Unable to stop herself she immediately stood up, went near the black haired lieutenant and immediately slapped him on the face.

“Damn you…” she said afterwards.

“What was that for?!” Dilan asked her in an angry manner.

“You damn well know what that was for!” Yue shouted at him. “Why did you authorize a strike team behind our backs?!” she shouted at him angrily.

“I was just doing my job.” He replied to her coldly as he turned his back on her.

“We were going to explain to the OVR the real source of the abnormal darkness! You were a witness as well!” she said to him. “We were going to clear Seiryu’s name!” she continued with her rage towards him.

Dilan did not look at her straight in the eye. He was still filled with rage when he hears his fiancé talking about Seiryu. He tried to relax and control his temper.

“Face me!” Yue shouted at him.

“No.” Dilan replied as he had a cold look on his face. “I did the right thing. He is a threat.” He concluded.

“What can you not understand ab-“. The azure-haired girl tried to shout at him again but she was cut off.

“Why do you still care about him?!” he finally lost it as he was angry at his own fiancé. Yue fell silent as she heard Dilan angry for the first time. “You are engaged to me, we are to be united in the bond of marriage as promised by our families!” he shouted at her once more.

The azure haired girl fell silent as she turned and looked towards her window.

“He’s right.” She thought as she felt her chest pang just a bit. She wanted to be with Seiryu but at the same time she did not want to tarnish the Aine family name.

Dilan then calmed down a bit and he went near Yue.

“I’m sorry for shouting at you, it’s just I…” he said to her as he tried to console her situation.
