Episode 14: The Wedding

"Lady Yue I presume you are ready?" her butler said as he went inside her room. The azure-haired girl was dressed in her fine white elegant wedding dress. Her eyes radiated a bright blue and her face overall was beautiful.

Yue put on her crystal heeled slippers as she walked towards the butler who had called her out earlier.

"Yes I am ready." She replied in an elegant manner. Her hair was let loose on her shoulders and it was very straight and elegant.

The butler and the bride walked together and the former assisted her as she was going down the stairs.

Moments later they came across her father, who was dressed in a nice black tuxedo.

"Yue, I'm so proud of you." He replied to her.

"Right." She thought as she walked past her father. "Thank you father." She replied to him.

The three of them made their way outside their mansion and there was a black limousine waiting for them. The butler escorted the two of them as Yue and her father now went inside the limo and right in the passenger's seat.

The engine of the limousine revved as it moved and began to go to its destination.

"So Yue, are you excited?" her father asked her with an anxious tone.

"Thrilled." She thought to herself in a sarcastic tone. "Yes father." She replied but it wasn't evident on her face that she was excited.

"When this wedding is done, both of our families will be greeted with prosperity in the future." Her father said whilst she looked through the window of the limousine.

"Seiryu, where are you?" Yue thought to herself.

Lucian walked around as he was dressed nicely as well. He wore a black suit with white polo shirt underneath. He had no tie though but the outfit still suited him perfectly.

"Looking good." Fran said to him as he turned to her and kissed her on her cheek to return the greeting. She blushed due to the gentlemanly gesture of his.

"Not so bad yourself." He replied to her. Fran wore an orange dress with black heels. She took his hand and the two of them walked together and made their way towards the chapel area.

"So the plan is in set?" she asked him.

"Yeah." He replied to her with a smile. "No turning back now I guess." He said to her with a smile still.

Fran frowned at him.

"Look I know you're worried, but don't mask it under that cute smile of yours. Express what you feel." She said to him.
