Ariene woke up that morning to a not-so-quiet discussion involving three of the four boys she was rooming with.

"Oi, Moony!" James said.

"Yes?" Remus responded.

"What were you talking about with the girl?" Sirius asked. Ariene stayed in bed, trying not to give any sign she was awake.

"Shut it!" Remus whispered.

"She's dead asleep, probably from all the deep conversation?" James prodded.

"Piss off, I'm not saying anything," Remus said. Ariene tried not to smile.

"What? Are you choosing her over us? Us?" Sirius asked.

"Don't be so dramatic. Besides, weren't you talking all night?" Remus snapped.

"Well, yes," James said, taken aback.

"Let me sleep, you wankers." Remus said.

"She's very pretty," James said.

"Piss off James," Remus said. Ariene decided now was a good time to get up. She stirred in her bed and yawned. She got up and saw James fully dressed on his bed. Remus was on his bed reading. He looked up when he saw that she was awake.

"Morning, lovely," Sirius said.

"Good morning, Remus." She said, ignoring Sirius. She knew Sirius for one day and already knew how to get to him.

"Good morning," Remus said.

"Oi, Genet!" Sirius said. Ariene sighed. She turned to him. His black hair was slightly wet and combed through.

"Yes?"

"That's quite a fine collection," He said. She looked at him, confused. He nodded his head to the pile of records on her trunk, stacked on top of each other.

"Did you go through my stuff?" She asked, worried.

"No, not really. Just the records." He said.

"Music fan?" She asked, stretching.

"Yeah, would you like to see mine?" He said. She shrugged and went to his bed. On the bottom shelf of his nightstand were his records.

"Wow, a lot of Bowie. I love this one," She said. He seemed so proud of them, she took the time to examine every single one. She didn't like the boy so much right now, but she had to admit; He knew his way around music.

"So who are the Rolling Stones?" Sirius asked.

"You're kidding." She asked. He shook his head. She raised her eyebrows.

"He's got a record player," Remus suggested.

"I brought mine as well, but let's wait. Wouldn't be a great first impression if I was blasting Sticky Fingers at 7:00 in the morning."

"Actually, it's 8," Remus said, the book still in his hands.

"You mean you guys were just waiting for me?" Ariene asked. She wasn't used to this. Back in Beauxbatons if she'd slept in she would've missed breakfast and hexed.

"Yes, and it took a long bloody time," James said, cheerfully.

"I'll just get dressed then." She said.  James went red, and Sirius put his head in his hands, elbows propped up on the bed, expectantly.

"Bloody hell, did you really think I would change in front of you? Wankers." She said. James exhaled and left. Sirius faked disappointment and followed James. Remus walked towards her.
