a day or so passed ever since the two professed their love for each other. as stated, neither wanted to establish a proper relationship just yet - they wanted to let their love grow! like a flower, they wanted it to blossom in its own time.

jihyo smiled at jeongyeons last text, switching her phone off and continued dressing - looking rather forward to hanging out with her closest friends. a part of her felt bad for not letting jeongyeon come along, but she hadn't even updated the two girls on what they were at the moment; she had no clue how they'd respond, they always told jihyo to be wary of the older girl, what if the two were angry with her? or upset? the thoughts worried jihyo a bit, she doesn't wanna disappoint her friends!!

then again, it's none of their business...

she huffed out a sigh, her thoughts coming to a sharp end when hearing knocks at the door.

"jihyooo opennn!!" she heard a chirpy voice beg, sana..
hyo beamed and rushed to let the two girls in, the scent of takeout food flooding her nose almost immediately. "we bought food." nayeon smirked, barging past the younger - setting it on the table.

"oh ! you guys didn't have toooo i would've prepared some food." jihyo insisted, sana tutting; "and have you stress out? nahh not tonight - we haven't had a proper night to ourselves in agesss !"

"yeah hyo, don't be silly." nayeon rolled her eyes playfully, shoving some rice into her mouth.

the lot engaged in conversation as they ate, about how their classes were so far, music, and other random topics. it was amazing how the lot wouldn't hang out for quite a while, yet when they reunite there's zero awkwardness. they'd just pick up from whenever they were together - they were comfortable around eachother, undeniable. the trio withheld a very sister-like bond; neither of them knew what they'd do without eachother.

they had very contrasting personalities at that as well, yet they fit so well together. nayeon played the older sister of the three, she wasn't necessarily the most mature, but she was always there to assure her girls were in a good place while also maintaining a fun attire. sana was most extroverted of the lot, chirpy and bright; the sunshine of their group ! and jihyo, the youngest of them, she was more like a motherly friend, definitely the most mature. their traits clicked well together like a puzzle.

"jihyo," nayeon started, "you seem more laid back these days."

"oh, really?"
