Do you feel the excitement
shocking your arteries
as it's trying to distribute blood
to your body?
Do you let the euphoria
take over you
when your favorite song plays?
It's an overwhelming feeling
of excitement and happiness.
I get it during two situations.
1. when the radio starts to blast
classic band tunes and
2. when I see your face.
I love the rush of greatness
and how it makes me feel alive.
recently I've felt numb
almost dead.
but then euphoria took over
and I was happy.
I am a sad person.
never talk to me past midnight
because you won't be able
to live life the same way again.
I will destroy. I will erupt
like a volcano that was dormant
for 3000 years
but, when I am happy
I take the world in my hands
and shatter it with laughter.
