After everyone calmed down a bit after my sudden return, we all settled on the couch for me to explain what happened.

I notice Artemis and Wally a little closer than normal, and look at their conjoined hands with a questioning gaze.

Artemis notices me looking, blushes, and tries to pull away but Wally just holds on tighter and puts their hands on his lap, his thumb running circles on her hand.

Awww!

I give Arty a look to tell me everything that happened later, though first I have to tell everyone everything that happened to me now.

Wait- how am I supposed to explain this if I can't mention Greek mythology.

Shit...

Oh well, here goes.

"So you all know how I was taken; teleported. Somehow the trip knocked me out and I woke up in a concrete room with the cloak guy- his name is Alastor by the way- and a bunch of sharp looking pointy metal." I start, I mention his name because we gotta call him something other than 'cloak man' as they've been calling him. And he's a minor god so I doubt they've heard of him.

When I mention the 'sharp looking pointy metal' Red grabs my hand, as if reassuring himself that I'm here and not about to be dissected like some poor frog.

My brain struggles to come up with a cover story to hide the Greek side of things, and I don't want to lie to my teammates. So I settle for what I did in the interrogation, to share enough information for them to get the gist, but not enough so they'd figure out what I am. Using the truthful excuse that children's lives could be on the line if that information gets out.

"He of course did his evil villain monologue, and I figured out what his plan is. You guys should also know that he's connected to my world."

"If he's connected to your world, shouldn't we know what we're up against?" Robin asks the logical question.

"It'd probably be smart, but I can't. I don't have permission to reveal my world at the moment, but I'll try to give you guys as much information as possible."

"That's fine, we know how important it is that no one finds out." Megan smiles. I return it and continue.

"So pretty much, Alastor gains his power from evil deeds and family feuds. A couple months ago a... war happened and Alastor grew powerful because of all the fighting between family and of course killing which would count as 'evil deeds'. Then I was one of the reasons the war ended..." I trail off, thinking about Leo- the real hero. I wonder if Alastor would go after him if he were still alive.

I see Kaldur giving me a reassuring smile, because he knows exactly what I'm thinking about. He's the only one who knows about my world and I give myself a reminder to tell him everything later.

"So he's coming after me because I stopped his rise to power, and caused him to grow weak with all the peace and shit. He planned on hurting me using a... special technique that only my father's side of the family knows about. So when one of them found me they would start blaming each other and he'd grow powerful again. My family is a lot more... influential than others' so if they're fighting, it'd affect him a lot more. Then when he was finished, I used my powers to teleport out of there. The end."

It was silent for a moment.

Then Red says, "If he's coming after you, we should stay here so he can't get to you. Your apartment is too vulnerable for attack."

"Yea, you can borrow my clothes if you'd like." Artemis adds.

"Now that we know his goal, we can come up with a plan to stop it." Robin says. "I'll go inform Batman."
