Julian's  POV

"I turned you in to a vampire" my breath hitched in my throat hearing what Ulric had said. I looked at him in disbelief and hope, hoping for him to burst out laughing saying that it was a joke but it never came. He was looking at me seriously waiting!, he was waiting patiently for me to say something but I didn't know what to say.  I didn't know what to think, I peered my eyes from him as I looked at myself, I put my hands in the air to see if it was true but I saw nothing.

I had not claws, 'maybe I have fangs'. I opened my mouth touching my teeth but nothing. I peered at Ulric again smiling " I didn't know that you joke like this baby" I said pushing myself to him so that I can sit near him. " What is bothering you love tell me please, is it me, is it the baby tell me" I put my hand on his shoulder softly showing him that whatever it is I'm here.

" It's true I turned you in to a vampire Julian" Ulric sighed heavily adjusting himself facing me fully " I think you can also feel it, for example, your sight is clear as a day, you feel Powerful and you can smell someone approaching us without knowing who it is. Your craving blood in spite of knowing that you're not pregnant anymore. Your body is cold and your heart is not beating normally" my eyes were wide, I was feeling exactly like that.

" I don't see any claws and fangs. I thought a vampire most have those" I asked aching my eyebrows at him.

" Close your eyes" I looked at him confused " close your eyes I will show you but promise me to be calm" I nodded slowly putting my hands in his which he squeezed a little bit like he was comforting me. " Concrete your thoughts Julian, don't think much. Close your thoughts and don't think, stop battling it baby" I sighed settling my thoughts until my mind went still and blank from thinking" yes like that" Ulric praised, my heart beating fast" control your beating heart baby" I nodded taking a deep heavy breath controlling my heart beat and slowly by slowly I found myself calming down.

I stopped thinking,my mind was blank nothing was there. I felt free" Open your eyes" Ulric whispered in my ear. I hesitated for a while but I opened them slowly looking at Ulric he was smiling at me " you look beautiful baby" he whispered pecking my cheek, I was breathing so hard and the breath I was letting out was animalistic " look at your hands" I lifted them slowly scared at what I was going to see. I gasped seeing claws, I can feel my fangs and that's when I started to panic real panicking! Tears streaming down my face.

My veins were showing all over my body and it freaked me out. " Were is the mirror" I said in Panic looking around the room for a mirror.

" You can't see yourself baby" Ulric touched me stopping me from standing up. He was watching me intently as if waiting for my next step. Tears were running down my whole face, I was shaking not knowing what to do with my life right now. I never thought he did this to me. " Stop panicking baby, it will be ok" he cooed but I wasn't taking it, I was freaking out.

"Turn me back to normal Ulric, this is not what I wanted" in a second I was standing up wanting to run out of the door but Ulric was faster than me. He was standing in front of the door stopping me. I started running around the room in a high speed the speed I didn't know I had. The stupid thing I was running away from me, I didn't like myself.

This isn't me, I am a human not a vampire. I started trashing the room feeling angry about myself " why would you do this to me " I growled at him  but he wasn't scared at all. He walked towards me and I stepped back not letting him to touch me. Ulric sighed shaking his head as if in disbelief

" Change back so that we can talk" he said, how can I do that " calm down close your eyes and change back Julian, you can do it" I nodded doing what he said and when I opened my eyes the monster within me was gone.
