It's the next day, I'm going to the doctors. Louis said he'd come with me because he's just as scared as I am. I'm really scared, I don't want a child, not right now. I got out of bed and showered.

Louis being Louis had woken up already and was ready. "You ready" I asked "Yeah" he sighed We walked out and into his car. "McDonalds breakfast?" He asked "Haven't had that in a while" I said He drove to a drive through and we ordered. We finished our food in the parking lot and made our way to the doctors.
We where just waiting in reception until a door opened. "Devyn Styles?" I heard a doctor say. I turned to them and got up. I looked back at Louis and he was just as nervous. I made my way to the doctors room and they sat me down on those beds. "Hi Devyn, I'm Doctor Rodrigo" she smiled Wow, she looks a lot like me. "Hi" I smiled "we scarily look a lot alike" I said "I know, a lot of people say that" she laughed. "So Devyn, when was the last time you got a check up?" She asked "Like three years ago" I said "Ok that's good" she said She got out that hammer thing and did that reflex thing and did all the other stuff you do when getting checked up. "Well it seems to me Devyn that you are perfectly healthy, do you have any questions?" She asked "Uh yeah I do actually" I said "recently I've been throwing up a lot lately, I'm nauseous a lot and bloated for no reason. I searched it up and those are pregnancy symptoms, I took three tests two came back negative but the other is positive" I said "And I'm guessing you are scared if the negatives are incorrect?" She said and I nodded. "Am I able to take a more accurate test?" I asked "Yeah definitely, uh I'm gonna have to ask you to pee in a cup, is that alright?" She asked and I nodded. "Great" she smiled. She left the room to get a cup. "I brought water, so that would help you pee faster" she she "Thank you" I said a drank the water and she handed me the cup. She opened the door for me "just down there you will find the toilets" she said "Thank you" I smiled I walked down the hallway and I went into the toilet. I peed and I went back to her room. "Thank you" she said as I handed her the cup. She left the room for like five minutes.
"Well your tests results have come back, and you will be happy to know that you are not pregnant" she said "Oh thank the Lord" I sighed. "But" she started "I think you might have appendicitis" she said "Oh" I said "Yeah, symptoms for pregnancy and appendicitis are very similar, so we are going to have to remove it as soon as possible" she said "That means I'll have a scar like Natasha Romanoff" I said to myself "I'm pretty sure the scar won't be as big and visible as hers, so there will be no byes to bikinis" she slightly laughed "You're a marvel fan?" I asked "Of course, they where my childhood" she said "Wow, you are probably the best doctor I have ever had" I said "Thank you" she smiled "for your appendix we are going to have to remove in the next week, so it doesn't burst" she said "Ok" I said "For the next few days please try and avoid fatty or fried food, cakes/pastries, alcohol and red meat. But try and east foods high in fibre like oats, brown rice and fruits" she said "So like go on a diet?" I asked "Yes, a strict fibre diet" she said "Cool, I can do that" I said "You will either receive a call by this evening or tomorrow telling you what day your surgery next week will be" she said "Ok thank you" I said "No worries, bye" she smiled "Bye" I said leaving the room. I ran up to Louis and he looked up at me. "So?" "I'm not pregnant" I said and he sighed "but I have appendicitis and my surgery to get it removed is next week" I said "Next week? That's so soon" he said "Well I need to get it removed before it bursts" I said "Oh" he realised "Yeah, and I'm on a fibre diet" I said "What's that?" "All I eat is foods high in fibre" I said "So like oats and shit?" "Yeah" I nodded. We left.
