"There must be at least a clue which your lover left," said Rapunzel anxiously for the 3rd time. "Listen blondie we've been looking at that thing for about an hour, can't we do anything better?" asked Eugene putting his legs on the table and announcing defeat.
"But there has to be a way-" said Rapunzel slumping on a chair. "Listen Raps, we all know how much you love acting like a detective because you are wearing a detective hat and have a magnifying glass with you.... but the whole thing is that whoever this mysterious not-giving-up person is, that person is too clever for us. I mean in every mystery you ever solved there was always a clue. And also if he doesn't die when I get my hands on him, I will die from a heart attack of roses...." Cassandra continued going on and on.
Rapunzel sighed as she popped one of the cupcakes 'Cassandra's Lover" had sent to Cassandra. 'Yummm strawberry flavor' thought Rapunzel to herself as fireworks burst in her mouth. "It was my wish after all to give Cassandra a mysterious lover and now I'm going to be the one to find it first" whispered Rapunzel to Pascal who nodded with agreement.
"We are here," said Lance coming in with Angry and Cathalina. Ever since Cassandra started being chased around everyone wanted to help to find out who the mysterious lover was, including the King and Queen! So far, Cassandra, Rapunzel, and Eugene sat down to investigate the parcel while Lance, Cathalina, and Angry go off to find some clues near 'Atilla the bun'.
"Any clues?" asked Cassandra anxiously. "Yes we got quite a few," said Cathalina.
"Ok, Atilla and Monty both agree that the guy was about 5'9", about Eugene's height. Big nose recalled that he had a black and white scarf. Feldspar reported that he wore black gloves. Xavier said that when he passed his shop he left a few strawberry seeds behind and Shorty reported that it was his mother...but we can ignore that" added Angry quickly as she read it out loud.
"Strawberries?" murmured Rapunzel. "Ok we have to start looking for a person matching his description," said Cassandra putting her hands on the table. "I'll search the town, Fitzherbert can search the tower seeing that he has nothing better to do, Lance can search the stables, Cathalina and Angry can check the castle yards and Rapunzel can check the docks" continued Cassandra giving the instructions.
"Well, at least we will get to enjoy the ocean breeze," said Rapunzel to Pascal as they left the room.
