Finally

Chapter 5

[Author's P.O.V.]

When Eunra had fallen asleep, Siwon silently made his way out of the room and closed the door. He went to the kitchen and sat down at the island table, watching his mom who was cooking.

"Eomma, are you still on a long way to go? Eunra just fell asleep..," he commented, worried that Eunra might have to get up shortly after she just fell asleep.

"Oh, not really. She just fell asleep? It's fine because I'm going to cook a few more dishes so don't worry okay," Mrs. Choi replied her son. 

He nodded, and said, "Eomma, I'll be upstairs at the library, okay. If you need me, just text me through the phone (whisper)." He then walked up the staircase, made of white marble tiles, after his mother has acknowledged where he will be.

He went to the library and switched on the air-conditioner then sat on a black-coloured bean  bag. He texted his members through KakaoTalk.

A BUNCH OF CRAZY PEOPLE 🤯

MaSiwon: Guys, Eunra.. is currently at my parents' house.

Shinsa: Oh- jinjja? What is she doing there?  

Kyu Kyu: Hyung, what happened? 

Lee-talk: Eunra is there? Wae?

Heemi: Masiwon sshi, what happened?

MaSiwon: I met her coincidentally at the park this morning. Then something happened. Well, it was quite bad and I was shocked. Then I brought her to Naksan Beach to calm her down. She cried so much and I felt worried so I brought her back to my car. It was then, I decided to bring her to my parents' house. I placed my hand on her forehead and it was burning with fever.

Shinsa: Ah geurae? Aigoo.. take care of her then. Send our regards to her.

MaSiwon: Oh sure. I will, hyung.

He switched off his phone, and grabbed Kindle Amazon E-reader and searched for 'The Travels of Marco Polo', a story about the journey of a Venetian merchant, explorer and writer, Marco Polo, who was known to help the Mongol ruler of China, Kublai Khan, an emperor of the Yuan Dynasty, administer the realm.

As being absorbed in reading the precious book, his sister, Jiwon, called him from downstairs. "Oppa! Everything's ready. Let's eat!"

Upon hearing Jiwon's voice, he put the device on the table and went downstairs. When he set his feet to the dining room, he noticed that his father wasn't there. Out of curiosity, he asked his mother. "Eomma, where is appa? Golfing?"

Responding to her son's question, she answered, "Oh yes, son. As usual. He will be back at around 4pm, I guess." 

As he nodded, his mother distributed the plates and Jiwon helped to scoop some rice into a small bowl while Siwon helped to scoop all the cooked dishes for the three of them. Before they began eating their meal, Siwon led the prayer to God in congregation and ended it with amen.

During their lunch, they talked about lots of things. Work, activity and personal stuffs where appropriate. While digging in his food, Siwon was asked by his mother. "Is Eunra still asleep in your room? Don't forget her meal, okay."

When he was reminded by his mother, he tried to finish his food as fast as he could but then, Jiwon interrupted him. "Oppa, slow down. You're feeling so excited and worried, aren't you? She won't run away. Take your time, slowly. She's still sleeping, anyway."
