Logan's POV

"You've been out for an hour and you already made yourself known!?" My brother simply shrugs as a response. He's the worst

He pats my head. "Just calm down baby brother-"

"We're the same ag-"

"I thought this is what you wanted. For me to cause chaos and make it so everyone stops fighting and hurting Thomas"

He has a point. "But did you have to be so obvious about it?"

"Yes" He says simply. "So what were you looking through anyway?" He takes the box and opens it. "Of course you would be getting sentimental over books." He looks through more and finds a few photos. "Hey Lo, this is before we made everyone forget.."

Demos shows me a picture of us, no older than 7. I'm reading a book out loud in our old bedroom. Deimos is laying next to me, fast asleep and cuddling me.

"Heh, yeah.."

His chaotic smile falters for the first time in a long time. "Lo.. do you think we made the right choice..?"

I know we didn't. It's bad to keep things from Thomas. But.. but I had to.. It was selfish. I simply wanted to protect my image and join the lightsides. Even if it meant leaving my brother. I still remember it well..

Back when we were young and had been split for a few years.

"Logan! Logan! Guess what!"

I look up from my book. "What is it Deimos?"

He smiles wide. "They're choosing another lightside!"

My eyes widen. Me and Deimos have been stuck in neutral for what feels like forever(at least since they created the Light and Dark System). But they wouldn't take me. I'm the brother of Chaos and everyone knows it.. but.. what if they didn't? I know that Patton is in charge of memories.. maybe I could sneak into his room and take out all the memories of me and Deimos being brothers! But how could I do that..? He's my brother..

"Logan?  Are you okay? You've been staring off into space for a while" I snap back into the conversation.

"Yeah! I'm great! I just had an idea.."

"Well lets hear it!" He smiles

..I wish it never happened.. but now it's too late to change it. Without me there to help Deimos is forever to be locked away..
