16. "Kong....is....Good"

Kong has to work hard for several weeks to settle down his nerves over each new guest at Rose's 'Stay and Dine'. Every time someone came to stay, he would worry there will be another Jane incident

The last few days of her visit were hell. Kong felt like they were in a cat and mouse game, hunted at every turn. It got to the point where Kong was expecting her to pop out at any moment. Rose finally had to talk strictly to Mr. and Mrs. Patt, though it did little good. They had a very kids-will-be-kids attitude. Mark, at least had the decency to be appalled when he learned about Jane's behavior, and apologized for his niece and the added burden of his family.

Rose has assured Kong numerous times that she will be more choosy with her guests from now on. Kong was really impressed with how she was able to keep a pretty cool head about everything. Though he know she must have been on the war path inside, her face never betrayed her.

Rose and Kong has found an easy routine with each other, and it's like they have been working together for years.

They also felt it might be better for Kong to have his own space, so Rose moved her office stuff into her bedroom and turned it into a room for Kong. Arthit seems to be fine with the change, though Kong still sat with him till he fell asleep

Kong found himself missing the cottage a lot. He enjoyed being with Arthit alone. Though after his little lust-induced episode, perhaps some space was best, kong needed that to control the urges he was continuously feeling these days.

They have found a very good Psychologist and a Speech therapist, to work with Arthit, by the help of Dr. Knott from Viang Community Hospital.

Mew and Gulf

Mew was a psychologist who will continue to work with Arthit on his memory recovery. Gulf was a speech therapist, and he will work with Arthit to improve his communication skills.

Today was Arthit's first formal appointment with Mew and Gulf. Kong and Rose met with them a week ago for a brief consultation to discuss Arthit's unique needs. Rose was very impressed with their kind nature and their willingness to consult with Maria on Arthit's case history, effectively making a team devoted to help Arthit

Arthit has met them both before, briefly, that's why Kong found himself being nervous as Arthit entered their office alone, leaving Rose and Kong sitting in the waiting room. Kong had been against Arthit going to his first appointment alone, but Mew and Gulf insisted it was an important step in Arthit finding his own voice and being more independent. Kong hoped Arthit understands what's going on. He felt guilty for not being with him, but Arthit has already proven how capable he can be, so Kong was sure Arthit will surprise him again and will do great
