1)How did you find out about Wattpad?
i actually found out from one of my friends who wanted me to read her janiskians fanfiction. and that's when i downloaded the app and began reading more and more and got inspiration to actually write for my own english practice- little did i know that other people would actually read my works and stay up to date with my writings.2)At what age did you start to take an interest in writing?
i was in kindergarten when i wrote a strongly persuasive letter to my uncle about how i should be allowed to use his computer. then in 5th grade, my grandma told me how my grandfather used to be a writer in afghanistan and i decided to continue the tradition!3)Do you feel pressure to update due to the amount of readers you have?
ABSOLUTELY. as a high school student, im busy with school and sports and... well having fun whilst these jobs. i try to update whenever i can for my readers but it's hard when i lose inspiration for a while or just feel to lazy.4)Who would you say is your biggest inspiration as a writer?
OoOoO im gonna have to say ned vezzini (author of Its Kind of a Funny Story) and @papercars. ned has past away but he would put himself in his characters and that's what always made his works so touching and inspirational. @papercars / ajshe has been my favorite author since i made wattpad and she always gives me constructive criticism and her stories are super great. love her!5)Do you have a favorite out of the books you've written?
my favorite is aftermath (which is based off of the show heroes). it's the only fanfic in which i write down on paper then edit and then type up while the rest are directly typing. everyone loves imessage, but i love aftermath :)6)What is your greatest challenge as a writer?
AVOIDING WRITER'S BLOCK. sometimes you have a great idea for a story but as you're writing, you don't know how to continue the story. it's hard to continue a story when your bright ideas have already been used.7)How has writing affected your life?
i value books a lot more. they used to be just something that schools make you read, but now i understand how each book is a work of art. writing is now my hobby and the way i express my feelings. rather than crying, i would write a poem or make a new fic idea. the pencil and paper has become my mind.8)Have you really just sat down and taken a few seconds to realize just how popular your works have become?
my goodness yes. i really didn't think so many people would actually enjoy my works- it's bizarre! sometimes i reread my own works and think "dang, no wonder people like this." but it's strange how so many people are waiting for my to update. its amazing!9)Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?
there is never a bad idea. if you have inspiration for something, go for it. the biggest concept you need in order to write is an idea. just with editing, you can write an amazing story. make your writing YOU! you can make the main character be based off of yourself! don't think an idea is bad- because there is no such thing10)Is there anything you would like to say to your fans/ supporters?
thanks for bearing with my slow updates and actually reading my works. thank you all for making me smile and letting me know that my writing is worth something. you all are beautiful people, inside and out! Thanks so much @docmarten
