MONDAY

wooyoung walked into class with seungmin, greeting their other two friends. chaeryeong and seungmin talked about the zoo, for some odd reason. and wooyoung and ryujin stayed on their phones, too tired for talking. that's when the new girl made her way over to them.

"hey, uhm... i hope im not bothering. but i've seen you guys hanging out and i never really properly introduced myself to you guys yet"

the four of them looked at her, with all different looks. chaeryeong had a smiley expression, very welcoming and warm. seungmin looked hella confused. ryujin looked annoyed. and wooyoung just sat there.

"i'm seo myeong" she smiled

"i'm chaeryeong, that's my sister ryujin. and these are our friend seungmin and wooyoung" chaeryeong smiled as she pointed to introduce everyone

"nice to meet you guys, i hope we can all get closer this year" she smiled

"nice to meet you too!" seungmin smiled, wanting to be polite.

"you're friends with the gossip squad over there?" ryujin sneered

"o-oh, no not really. they told me to sit by them but i never talk to them"

"ah, well you can sit over here with us if you'd prefer that" ryujin pointed to the seat next to her seat

"i'd love to, thank you" she smiled. she went back to her old seat to pack her things into her new one.

wooyoung gave ryujin a weird look "what?" the girl asked

"since when are you so welcoming to new people" he laughed

"might as well be nice since she was" ryujin shrugged and sat in her seat next to myeong and waited for class to start. 

during lunch, chaeryeong suggested they eat out side since it's a nice day. myeong joined them, they asked a few questions about herself. her hair is naturally curly, she's from london, her english name is sidney, she hates birds, she prefers warm weather, and her favorite color is orange.

wooyoung seemed to get along with her pretty well, so did chaeryeong and seungmin. but ryujin usually stays sheltered. even when eunhee hung out with them, she never really opened up to her or trusted her. of course, she acts friendly and smiles but the other three know she's holding back her actual personality.

by the end of the day, ryujin was exhausted. she got a maximum of three hours of sleep, along with seungmin who stayed up playing video games and watching movies. wooyoung sat next to her on the school stairs, where they waited for their parents, and she placed her head on his shoulder.

"tired ryu?" wooyoung chuckled

"yell at me next time i stay up that late" she grumbled

"i would, but you never listen. and you hit me a lot"

"shut up" she said and smacked his leg before grabbing and cuddling his arm.
