Sitting under her blanket, it was 2am in the morning, she had woke up with massive cramps and being sick, knowing she was due on her period any day now, she didn't worry all that much, as sometimes her period pains did get that bad, that she was genuinely ill from them.
Posting a photo of her TV showing reruns of friends, posting it to her Instagram story, with a caption of crying faces. Not expecting anyone to see it at 2am in the morning.
Placing her phone down and shutting her eyes listening to Ross and Rachel fighting again, willing herself to go to sleep, her phone pings from next to her, sighing she picked the phone up, noticing Luke Shaw had replied to her story, pulling her eyebrows together as this was the first time he had reached out to her since the whole thing nearly a month ago now, pretty much two weeks of drinks and sex between them.
"hope your okay" was all it said, nothing else, no hello or anything, placing her phone down choosing to ignore it and reply later on at a decent time, but she did wonder why now he had decided to reach out to her, not that it was really reaching out.
Leaving her blanket fort to go be sick again, she opened her period app on her phone, sighing, before clicking on a name she knew she could trust with her life. Her bestie Masie.
The only person wouldn't kill her for waking up at what was now 3am, the only person who would drive to the 24 hour tesco to pick up some pregnancy tests.
She sat there up again her white bath, head in hands waiting for her best friend to join her, why wasn't she more careful. Yes she was on the pill, but clearly that might have just failed her.
