"Are you sure this is okay?" Kelsey asked.
"It's fine," Tim answered.
"I appreciate the hospitality," Austin assured her. "And it's not like Tim and I haven't slept -- emphasis on 'slept' -- together before."
Tim gave a shy smile, his cheeks reddening while Kelsey giggled. "Okay. Well, you know where the bathroom is. I'll lay out some extra towels and washcloths for you. Ummm... What else? Oh, feel free to raids the refrigerator or pantry if you're thirsty or snacky. We want you to feel at home here. I know you just got here, but tomorrow is laundry day, so if you have anything you need washed, I can throw it in."
"Oh, you don't have to do that," Austin objected.
"It's no problem." She looked around the guest room, obviously trying to check that she's hadn't forgotten anything. "Well, it's late and you're probably tired, so I'll let you get some sleep. Yell if you need anything."
"We will," Tim said. "Thanks."
"Yes. Thanks," Austin echoed.
"Goodnight!"
"Night!"
Austin opened the suitcase sitting on the bed and rifled through it till he came to what he was looking for and pulled it out.
Tim blinked. "Are those, like, onesie PJs?" he asked.
"Yeah," Austin answered. "They're really comfy and decent for when you're a guest in someone's house."
Tim sat down and removed his earrings, carefully placing them on the bedside table. "I suppose they would be. You okay if I just sleep in boxers and a tee?"
"Sure. Why wouldn't I be?"
"Just checking."
"I promise to keep my hands to myself."
Tim chuckled to himself and shook his head as he started undressing.
"What's so funny?"
"Just remembering that first night on the cruise and how handsy you were with Adam."
"With Adam?"
"Yeah. I mean, with me, too, but he was having a time keeping you off him."
"And you just now thought to tell me this?" Austin said.
"You were drunk. It's not like he holds it against you," Tim answered.
Austin shook his head. "Leave it to me to drunkenly go after the two hot bi guys the first chance I get."
"Adam's not bi," Tim said.
"He's not?"
"Not... Not so far as I know."
"You know just because he's married, that doesn't mean he's straight," Austin said.
"Right. But what makes you think he's bi?"
Austin shrugged. "I don't know. He just... reads as bi to me. You never sensed that?"
"No," Tim answered. "Then again, I'm not very good at guessing those sorts of things. When you were performing, I just assumed you were straight, then you flirted with me and I figured you were gay, so what do I know?" Tim fell silent and sat looking consternated.
"I could be wrong," Austin said. "It's not like he's said anything." Austin gave a little shake to settle his pajamas in place. "There. How's it look?"
Tim glanced over and laughed. "Dorky and adorable."
"That's me," Austin said, moving the suitcase and climbing into bed.
