A new week had begun and Clara was walking down the hall carrying all her books. Her bag broke but luckily she had an extra in her locker. Clara couldn't see where she was going but finally bumped into someone. Clara dropped her books and when she bent down to get them bumped heads with the person.
"Do you need some help?" Zach asked rubbing his forehead.
"No. I'm all good."
"You seem disheveled"
"My bag broke."
"Oh, so you're getting your back up one." Zach nodded knowing how she had extra's of everything. In their freshman year they shared a locker for their books and used the other for snacks.
"What are you up to?"
"Waiting for Mercedes"
"How is that going by the way?"
"Good, really good actually."
Zach thought it would be weird at first but when he saw Mercedes in her dress she looked beautiful. Truth was at first he had a crush on Mercedes but got too scared to say anything. So he pushed his feelings down but when he saw her again they just came flooding back. They were complete opposites which made their relationship even stranger to most. Zach was a supportive boyfriend who would push Mercedes to fight for solos and he was her cheerleader. Mercedes helped Zach feel more confident and she secretly enjoyed watching Star Wars with him.
"I'm glad"
"What about you?"
"Right now I am not into guys." Clara said as she got up.
"Right, because you're with Santana." Zach replied making Clara drop her books once again.
"What are you talking about?" Clara chuckled nervously
