As Alessandra left, they called me asking if I know something about Emilio and where he is.

But what I did was deny, because I can not risk any member of my family by it.

My phone vibrates beside me on the table, mom is calling.

"Olá mãe," I answer the phone looking outside my window.

"Onde você está a Irl Irmã desapareceu?"She shouts.

I stay quite not knowing what to lie I should tell.

"Valentina, answer." She commands with a serious tone.

"Mom, they are calling me I should go." With that I end the phone call.

What should I tell her now?

Jasper stands beside me silently with his tall frame.

"What they did was gross." He informs me, shaking his head.

"Whom are you talking about, Jasper?" I ask oblivious.

"You don't know yet?" He arches an eyebrow at me, placing his hand in his pocket nervously.

"No. Can you tell me already?" What is he talking about?

"Ten police officers were killed at a station." He confesses sadly, his eyes filled with emotions.

Huh?

"What?" I raise my voice in disbelief.

"You heard me, Valentina." He says.

Oh my God.

But what is the reason?

Jasper gets a phone call before he answers.

"I heard yes."

"Yeah, sure. I will tell and we will go right now."

"Who is this?" I question in curiosity.

"It is your father, he wants us to investigate the situation. Come on let's go."He commands.

The big question here is: Who did it?

And I sure will know.
