Like a murderer encroaching on their victim, the blood moon rose ominously into the sky, casting a pale red glow over the soon to be vigorously scoured village of Biertan...
Solemn. Alucard; a strong-willed, yet guilt-stricken man following the death of his wife and his daughter's disappearance, stands amidst the ruins of the once prospering hamlet. Mulling over his loss, he tightens his vice-like grip, encompassing the huge pistol, 'Jackal', with a Damascus finish and engraved barrel reading 'Jesus Christ is in Heaven now' in bold script.
His weapon sports 13mm explosive rounds with gleaming silver casing, each custom-cast by his butler, Walter, to deal with supernatural entities and idealistic for the situation he has found himself in; searching through a blood-soaked and Lycan-infested hovel of a village, or at least what remains of it. Clearly on its last legs.
