We all took our seat at the table. Lady Azura went to get a map of the overworld from her office, which she had borrowed, and spread it across the table. We got a spare chair for the agent to sit down along with us. Then when the time was up, we all started the meeting, even though Aura, nor Ser Patrick have returned yet.
"Okay, thank you all for all being here at this very... early hour." Lady Azura started the meeting this time.
"Pardon my interruption my lady, but shouldn't we wait for everyone to be here?" Daryll asked. I looked over at the two empty spots at the table, and back to her.
"I think with the situation at hand, they won't mind. We can catch them up later." Hilda said.
Daryll nodded, and leaned back a little in his chair, "Understandable. Thank you Lady Hilda. Sorry for the interruption. Please continue my Lady."
I could hear Azura murmur something under her breath, before sighing, "It's quite alright Daryll. Now, before we begin planning anything, Lyra, Stella, do you have anything to fill us in on, anything we could be missing?" She asked.
Lyra looked over at me, "Do you want me to go first?" She asked. I nodded in response, and she stood up.
"If you look at the map of the overworld, provided by our captain here. Now. Ceris's house is located here." She stated pointing at the map. "That is about a two-four hour walk from here, and from his base- where he most likely will go- is about a ten-twelve hours."
"Why do you think he'd likely go to his base?" Dexter questioned.
I slowly stand up, "Based on what we saw, there were only twenty to thirty guards there at most. He would definitely either wait for a few hordes of guards to come to him, or he'd go to them."
Azura tapped her index finder against the table, "Well-"
Before she could say anything, Aura opened the door, and quickly sprinted over to us, bowed, and stood next to her mentor. "I apologies for my tardiness, but everyone has been notified. Rounds will be doubled, we'll see his armies from miles away." The younger girl reported.
Azura seemed annoyed at her sister's tardiness, but sighed, "Thank you sister. You may be seated." She addressed the apprentice. "As I was saying-"
And again, the door opened, interrupting the Captain. This time, it was Ser Patrick, with a very energetic toddler in his arms. Lady Azura got out of her chair, and walked over to her husband quite angrily.
"Thought I told you to put her and Leon to bed! Why is she here!" She whispered to her husband angrily.
"I tried Azura. I read them both a story, but she didn't go down like normal. So I thought it'd be best to have Amelia sleep, or just play here, while we-" He tried to reason.
"This is a war room, not a daycare-" The blue haired woman almost yelled, before sighing and rubbing her forehead, "Fine! Just take them to our housing, I'll take things from here, and catch you up on everything at home."
"That's not what I-"
"Could you just go!" She shouted, making us all jump a little, not expecting her outburst.
What is happening with her this evening? I thought. All of these sudden outburst don't seem like something she'd say to people?
But I brushed it off. She's probably just stressed.
Patrick sighed, but nodded, "Okay hun... see you at home I guess?" He said before walking out.
She sat back down, "As I was-" And... again. Someone knocks on the door from outside.
