//The next day//

Like I had promised, before Ceris left, I had made the three of us breakfast! She left a few hours ago, but not before saying goodbye, and a lot of hugs from her sweet little daughter and grandson. I don't think she minded it though. Anyways, right now, I was reading Leon to sleep. Since we both had to get up early to see Ceris off, I thought he would benefit from a little nap, and a story since he likes those. Now, I was planning on paying a visit to visit Lyra. Since Ceris had brought her up, I wanted to see how she was settling in and all.

When I heard the small snores coming from my little boy, I decided to put a bookmark in, and close the book up. I put on a cloak- considering it was a relatively cold day- and picked up my spear from the wall, and began to head to Lyra's new house. She used to room with Daryll, but currently, she has her own place to stay. The two talked it out, and are trying to gain back the relationship they lost over time, which I think is good! Daryll really seemed to care a lot about her.

I finally made it to her housing, and knocked on the door.

"Enter." She said, "The door's unlocked Lady Stella." Confused, I opened the door to see her, sitting in the dimly lit room, at a desk.

"How did you know it was me?"

She spun around on her chair until it faced me, "Ceris did a good job teaching you, but I can still sense your aura. You might need to work on that.." Lyra critiqued before getting up. "Would you care for some tea by chance?"

"If it's no trouble, s-sure I guess?" I shrug, as the black and blue haired woman made her way to her tea kettle.

Lyra changed out of her old spy attire, and swapped it for a durable set of iron armor, noticeably of end-ish design. However, since she had off time, she wore a white t-shirt, black ripped jeans, black combat boots, and a familiar brown leather jacket. Her blue-black hair tied back in a braid with a few strands hanging loose.

She put the water in her kettle, and put it on the stove, and left it to boil, "D-Do you mind if I just leave this here for now?" I asked, referring to my spear. She shook her head.

"Not at all! Please, take a seat!" She offered, pulling up a chair for me. I sat down, as she went to the chair in front of me. "So what brings you hear?"

"Nothing much! Just wanted to see how you were settling in here! You've done a good job with the place!" I compliment.

"Thank you Lady Stella." She said before giggling, "You know, Ceris said the same thing when she stopped by last night."

"Really? Hm, well, you really did a good job."

She smiled, "Thank you m'lady."

We stayed silent for a minute. Lyra poured us both a cup of tea when the water was done boiling.

"Mmm! This is really good! What type of tea is this?" I ask.

She shrugged, "I don't know. Never really got around to naming it."

"You mean you made the tea bags yourself?" I ask.

"I made this batch yes. Yet I am not the one who made the recipe. Daryll in fact did!" She answered, smiling once she said his name.

"Really? Dang, I had no idea that he could make tea, and pretty fricking good tea might I just add!" I say. Lyra laughed in response.

"Yeah... he has a lot of hidden talents that one."

"Oh? Like what?" I stay wanting her to spill the tea... not literally- of course, it's fricking amazing.

She cleared her throat, "Let's see... cooking, building, gardening, which are the more obvious skills we both got from growing up in a bandit camp. He can surprisingly braid hair very well, make tea out of wild plants, oh, and he taught me how to play a little base guitar."
