Derek walks down a hallway and hears sobs. He finds Liv crying over a dead Erica, Derek sighs and softly says, "Liv, come on let me take her." Liv looks up and Derek sees her tear stained face and his heart breaks from her heartbroken face. After Liv leaves the bank, she waits for Allison. Allison walks out and sees Liv being emotionless. Liv softly says, "Please drive me home." Allison hears her voice crack and nods. Allison drops Liv home and Liv tries to go to sleep but she can't. Liv leaves her house and walks to the cemetery. Liv walks to her mother's grave. Liv sees her mother and smiles tearfully. Liv's mother goes up to her daughter and says, "You've lost someone special to your heart." Liv nods and Claudia brings her crying daughter in for a hug. Liv cries into her mother's shoulder. Liv cries, "I should of done more to help. It's my fault. I should of fought for her to stay." Claudia looks at her daughter and says, "It's not your fault honey. It was her choice to run away, she didn't know she was gonna get kidnapped." Liv slightly nods and Claudia leans back to look at her daughter's teary face and wipes her tears away.

The next day, Liv wakes up to her phone ring. She checks that she has a message from Derek to come see him. She leaves her house and walks to Derek's. She opens his loft and says, "Derek!" Derek walks over to her and says, "I'm sorry for not believing you about the bank." Liv says, "It's okay, you we're worried about not finding them." Boyd walks out and sees Liv and smiles. Liv slightly smiles and gives him a big hug and says, "I'm so glad you're okay." Boyd says, "I'm happy to be home." A voice says, "Derek!" A young girl comes down the stairs and Derek and Boyd stand off to watch Liv's and Cora's reaction to each other. Derek smiles and says, "Yeah?" Cora looks up and smells a familiar scent in the room. Cora looks at Liv with a head tilt and Liv widens her eyes and says, "Cora?" Cora widens her eyes and smiles big and says, "Livvy." Liv runs to Cora and gives her a big hug. Liv says, "Your alive? How?" Cora chuckles and says, "I made it out alive and I have been traveling the country until I found out there was in Alpha in Beacon Hills, come to find out that my brother is the Alpha." Liv and Cora catch up and spend a day together.
