Can we just talk like family?

"Lucas, come here please" I call out from my desk.

I have to help a few civilians who apparently can't stand up for themselves. Not like I wanted too, but they came knocking.

Literally

Lucas appears beside me, a small smile on his face as he tucks his cigarettes away

"Yes Ma'am?"

"Could you call in my brother. We have a bit of talking to do, so could you make sure when he has arrived nobody comes to disturb us? I'd hate to have to explain why several employees lost their lives in one day"

He chuckles and shakes his hair slightly before nodding

"Consider it done Ma'am"

I smile and nod in thanks before turning back to the paperwork I have stacked in front of me

"Oh and Ma'am?" Lucas calls out

"Yes Lucas?"

"A lady called Lisa Manoban left her contact details at the main desk, saying she would like to discuss your plan on behalf of the Greeks"

I groan slightly and look up at Lucas, whose grinning widely

"Did she look like a hyperactive, female version Taehyung?"

She doesn't look like him, but they smell the same

"She smelt the same as Master Taehyung" Lucas clarify's

I nod and sigh

"Thank you Lucas. Once your tasks for the day are complete, feel free to go home"

"Thank you Ma'am"

"You called for me Little sister?"

"Please, sit" I say offering a seat in front of me. Shownu nods and sits in front of me, looking more tired then before

It's that damn war 

"I know, I know that we aren't always on the best of terms, and recently I must be confusing you more than usual, but I need your help" I ask

"For your plan?" He asks, sounding like he wants to leave already

I shake my head ans sigh slightly

"To help me. I-I'm not good at communicating, and I've been taking my frustrations out on you. It's unfair, and not needed. So I ask, that you can give me some time- I am trying to learn" I say, pointing to the books on my window

Shownu's eyes soften and he smiles softly

"Of course sister. I know that you are only doing this truce with the Greeks, to keep our world safe, and I am already aware of your plan. Thanks to Lucas"

I nod and roll my eyes playfully

"But it will take a lot to convince the others of this. They will not listen, and instead treat us a traitors"

I raise an eyebrow

Us? This is my plan?

"Us?" I ask

Shownu rises from his seat with a grin

"You didn't think I would let you do something so risky, so stupid, and so thrilling by yourself? Did you?"

I shake my head and get up and go over to my brother with a smile

"Of course. What would that make you?" I say sarcastically as he pulls me into a brief hug, shocking me, but I hug back none the less

He's still my brother. 

Arrogant or not. He's been with me since birth

"I don't like how that Greek goddess stares at you, but I will be more- lenient towards her. Only if it means making you happy"

I smile inwardly

"Sappy much? And do not worry about Eros. I'm sure she understands that this is nothing but a temporary truce to stop disaster" I say, remembering the rooftop incident
