"Hey Lisa- I take it back"
Lisa looks at me with a concerned expression
"You don't wanna date me anymore?"
I roll my eyes and try not to call her a blithering idiot as I take a deep breath
Remember your supposed to be courting her
"No, I don't want you here anymore. You'll only slow me down" I say, staring at the entrance of the burial grounds
"What Mistress is trying to say- is that she's worried about you and doesn't want you to get injured" Lucas annoyingly chimes in, making me glare at him
Oh yeah, I had Lucas pick us up so that we weren't just seen walking down the streets with two massive swords on our backs.
How would I explain that to the press?
'Oh yeah, I had to fight a giant titan of immortality with my soon to be girlfriend because the Leading Gods of both the Roman and Greek families couldn't get along. ON the other hand it's a beautiful day for a picnic'
I roll my eyes at the simple thought of it
"Aww, thats cute- but I'm not going anywhere" Lisa says with a smile
"Mistress we should enter now- Iapetus is awaking" Lucas says, hand on his own weapon
I nod and look over at a nervous Lisa
"We will be fine. Just no matter what- do not follow me and do not attempt to come near me." I say, seriously
Due to his masters orders Iapetus will not harm anyone other than myself unless they come too close to me. Which is why my plan is fool proof- the only thing is I can't tell Lisa about it or she'll accidentally ruin it
It's a natural response so I can't fault her for it- however if it fails I will perish.
"Lets go then shall we?" Lisa says, holding my hand slightly
I lift it to my face and kiss it gently in a futile attempt to reassure her
"It'll all work out- I promise"

Shit!
My body is thrown heavily into a stone bed, head slamming off the brick wall behind me
Pain rushes through my body as blood seeps down my face
I try to open my eyes but everything's moving to fast
It's not working out
"Jennie!" I hear Lisa scream
"Don't come near me!" I shout back, opening my eyes and immediately ducking my head to stop Iapetus from slicing it off
"You will finally perish under my hand Bellona" He growls, teeth bared as he pulls his weapon out of the wall
Oh yeah- Age of Extinction broke the first time he slammed me against a wall
"All this slamming against walls- I'm starting to believe you have a crush on me"
The titan growls and leans back to swing his sword
Now!
I slide underneath his legs and make a dart for a clear space- Lucas throws a sword to me and I luckily catch it- otherwise it would've stabbed my leg
I skid to a stop and hold the weapon at a fighting stance as Iapetus turns with a wicked grin on his disgusting face
I gag slightly and shake my head -
Instant regret
The movement is enough to make my head spin and eye sight blurred. I blink rapidly as he raises his own sword
"This- this is where you die Goddess of War- but before I kill you" He trails off and points his sword to the right of me
My eyes travel to where it points, and I can feel my heart stop
Hector
A lone stone bed lays with withered roses decorating the black stone. Golden writing flows along the grave, engraving the owners name into it permanently

"Lucas- take Lisa out of here" I yell, eyes getting clouded with rage
"Jennie I'm not leaving!" Lisa yells, sounding as if Lucas already has a grip on her
"Get the fuck out of here Lisa or I'll kill you myself!" I spit, rage now filling my lungs
No
A quick sharp blast shoots through the air, and my eyes widen as I turn to look
Steam rises from the spot in which Hector's grave once stood- pieces of the stone are carelessly thrown around the area as a single petal drops in front of me
"Look at you- the once mighty Bellona- Roman Goddess- A true warrior who could stand up to even Saturn if wished- effected by a simple grave. Love makes you weak goddess, and I will take great pleasure in ending your life now"
I stand still as his blade flies towards me, smacking me backwards
My body hits the ground, and the world turns pitch black.
