Ending of the shittest era I've ever known

I watch as Jennie interacts with CL and Jisoo, smiling slightly as they speak. I turn my head and notice that Minho and Key are also talking comfortably, as are most greeks and romans now.

Seung-gi oppa and yunho oppa joke loudly as Krystal and Taeyeon talk too.

Most of the other gods and goddess are out doing bonding time. Something that was introduced like last week.

So far it was going great, and a lot of people engaged in it

Like Shownu and Jooheon are at a race course in New York today.

Jennie looks over at me and smiles, moving silently away from a now arguing Jisoo and CL

She stands next to me and hold my index finger, making me swoon slightly

It's only been a month since she killed Saturn, for reasons we still have yet to find out but she still is shy about public affection so I try to make her feel as comfortable as I can.

"They're arguing about what Percy Jackson is the best"

I roll my eyes at the human's futile attempt at representing the Greek mythology.

Like why is Dionysus a Honorable mention but Seulgi does more work than that bum

"You know, one day we will be mythology and nothing more. Each greek and roman that dies simply becomes what they write in those books" She says, slightly bitterly

I smile and pull her closer

"Then we can write out own books, plant them around the world and leave a true legacy." I jokingly offer

She rolls her eyes and smiles back at me as she drags me away from the room

"Come on, I want to sleep" She mutters, tapping Seulgi and Joy and waving bye to them as we exit the room

We leave the room, and I find myself pinned against a wall, a smirking Jennie looking at me with a warmth in her eyes

"I love you so much" I whisper, eyes widening slightly when I see her freeze slightly

She shakes it off and smiles back at me, leaning forward, placing a kiss on my nose

"I love you too" She whispers, kissing my lips gently

I smile brightly into the kiss as I try to get my heart rate under control

"Don't pass out on me now Manoban" She jokes, grabbing hold of my arm

I roll my eyes and wait for her to teleport us back to her  house

Soon enough we're back at her place, standing side by side in her living room

"What do you wanna do now?" I ask her, rubbing circles on her hand

"Well, I should probably get typing up this shitty era, and you can make dinner. If you need help I'll be in my study" She says with a set mind.

I love that about her, once she's decided to do something, she does it immediately

"Okay, what are you craving?" I ask her, talking off my jacket

I look back at her as she smirks

"You" 

I blush heavily and grab her arm, pulling her into me as she smiles at me, her lips filling my sight

"No, but you can have a kiss" I say, kissing her lips softly

She kisses back with gentle intensity, making hug her tighter

"I'll write in the study so I don't get distracted. Plus I'll need to call everyone up to get their sides of the story"

I widen my eyes as I realise she's really doing this

"Your serious about this? Your really gonna write up everything?"

"Yep, by hand. Then I have some brown and black covers that I'll use- oh and some thread ties" She says, walking away from me

"When your done with the food, we'll eat and then you can write your own part"  She says before walking into the study, not shutting the door behind her

I blink slightly as I let out a soft chuckle

"I guess I'll make black bean noodles with pork, spring onion soup and maybe some fries." I plan out loud

"Red wine or purple wine?" I shout to Jennie

"Purple!" She shouts back

A faint ringing echoing from the room

She's probably calling someone up first

I sigh as I start the cooking

I guess this really is the ending of the shittest era we've ever known, but it could also be the start of the best era we'll ever have.
