Morning comes with a knock on the door and Vihaan says lowly, "Come in."

This time Rohan comes in with Kashti and Ajeet. "Bhaiya, Karu Aunty wil-" Vihaan cuts her off by putting his finger on his lips and says lowly, "She is sleeping."

Kashti bites her tongue apologising lowly, "Sorry."

"It's okay. What were you saying?" Vihaan asks in a low tone.

"I was saying, Karuna Aunty will come in the afternoon. There was important work in the NGO, so she would bring food directly from home in the afternoon." Vihaan nods at her words.

"बहोत मुश्किल से सोई है। Don't make noise. Just give her breakfast and medicine when she wakes up and let her rest." Vihaan says lowly making the duo frown.

[ Translation : "She has hardly slept. Don't make noise. Just give her breakfast and medicine when she wakes up and let her rest." ]

"मुश्किल से क्यूँ सोई?" Kashti asks.

[ Translation : "Why did she hardly sleep?" ]

"Nightmares." Vihaan says looking at his sister's sleeping form.

"Another nightmare?" Rohan asks frowning at him and then at Nishi before turning his gaze back to his best friend's big brother.

Vihaan nods and says looking at him, "She had one more panick attack last night."

"Panick attack?!" Ajeet asks widening his eyes while the duo looks at Vihaan with worry and shock.

"Don't be loud!" Vihaan scolds him with a glare and looks back at Nishi who frowns a bit but then sleeps soundly.

"Sorry." Ajeet mutters as Vihaan looks back at him and nods.

"The night before last night, she had two panick attacks. And last night too, all night she was having nightmares and a panick attack. Mom-Dad only know about the nightmares but they don't know anything about the panick attacks. Don't tell them." Vihaan says seriously and they nod looking at Nishi.

"Bhaiya, why is she having panick attacks?" Kashti asks frowning.

"I don't know, Kashu. But I'll figure it out somehow. Just don't tell anyone from the elders about the panick attacks for now and don't mention it in front of her at any cost." Vihaan says and they nod.

"What are you gonna do about it, Bhaiya?" Rohan asks frowning slightly.

"Sakshi Di asked me to check her room and see if I can find something related to whatever she is hiding. May be we can get a clue. We can't ask her anything directly at this time." Vihaan says putting his hands on his waist and they nod in understanding. He sighs shaking off the disturbing thoughts and says, "Just let me know if she sees any nightmares again. Try to understand what she mumbles in her sleep if you can. And if she has any panick attacks, call the doctors immediately and then inform me asap. Don't leave her alone for even a second. Got it?" They nod as he looks stern. "I'm leaving. Update me with her health." He says and they nod again. "Let's go, Ajeet!" Ajeet and Vihaan leave with a last glance at her.

"Panick attack?! This is not normal! I'm really shocked." Kashti says breaking the silence as she sits looking at the sleeping patient.

"Me too." Rohan mutters frowning at her sleeping form.
