HARRY's POV

Alura stayed behind for Theo's funeral as she said she would. I can't help but wonder if Katerina will be there. I mean, despite everything, they were still friends.

I feel horrible for Blaise. He's clueless about everything, and Alura will have to tell him the news sooner or later.

Dean and Seamus are giving me dirty looks as I walk past. I assume they found out about me staring the fire.

"Psst," I heard someone whisper behind me. "Harry."

I turned around and saw Blaise, concern written all over his face. "Yes?"

"Do you know where Alura is? I haven't heard from her since we left for Christmas break, and it's not like her to-"

"Yeah, she's fine. She had to go to Theo's funeral-" I slapped my hand over my mouth as soon as I said it.

Shit, Harry.

This wasn't my secret to tell. Alura is going to be furious with me once she finds out. And then we're back to square one.

"What?"

"I'm sorry." I gulped.

"Theo's funeral?" he repeated. "But how could he... What happened, Harry?"

I gave him a look and led him over to an empty compartment because this is gonna be a long talk.

"Um, I don't really know where to start..." I chuckled humorlessly. "Uh, so, Alura and I were in Katerina's dorm because she wanted to say goodbye before she left for Christmas break, and we found... photos..."

"Photos of what?"

"Of Alura naked, sleeping, showering, etcetera. We didn't want to look at everything."

"And this was all in Katerina's dorm?"

"Yes. Then Theo came in and he told us that Katerina was a follower of Voldemort or something. I don't remember as well as Alura might."

"Katerina and Voldemort?" Blaise scoffed. "Please don't tell me you actually believe that. Katerina can barely go a day without straightening her hair, she wouldn't do that to Alura anyway."

"Blaise, you have to face the facts," I told him. "After that, he said he performed the unbreakable vow with his dad. He wasn't supposed to tell us anything, and because of that, he's dead."

"And she kept this in the whole Christmas break?" He scoffed.

"I'm sorry, Blaise."

"No need to apologize. You told me everything, and apparently, Alura was not."

"Don't be mad at her, please. I'm sure she was gonna tell you," I assured him, but then added, "eventually."

Blaise shook his head and left the compartment.

Alura is going to be pissed when she finds out I told Blaise. Maybe I should ask him not to mention it...? Actually, that's a horrible idea. Blaise wouldn't go for that, especially with Theo dying and all.
