Hey guys! I'm so sorry for not writing for almost two months! I will try my hardest to keep everyone updated.

And sorry for how short it is. I'm trying to make this story last but I'm pretty sure there's only a few left.

Ambers POV:

I scuffle down the hallway to my 9th period class, homebase. The only other period I have that includes Emily and Tyler besides 6th. Oh, I also have an assigned seat in front of Tyler and behind Emily. Yay.
I get to Mrs. Pierson's room and hurry to my seat to see that Emily and Tyler are already seated with work out.
Mrs. Pierson is pretty strict so we have to be silent and working at all times.
Once I get to my seat next to this girl named Lena Hostrel, she immediately turns to me and says, "Happy Birthday Amber!"
"Thanks!" I give her a flash of a smile.
Lena really is pretty and super nice. She doesn't get much credit though. I don't really talk to her because this is the only class I have with her. I think we can be really good friends though.
"Hey Lena, I was wondering, do you want to come to my birthday party tonight? My dad is purposely going out of town so my friends and I can have lots more fun!" Yeah, my dad literally is going out of town so there aren't many rules.
"Of course!" She smiles.
"Great! See you there!"
We get shushed by Mrs. Pierson. So I look down at my Chemistry textbook and start working on my homework. When suddenly about 10 minutes later Lena sets a note on my desk and whispers, "It's from your boyfriend.."
Before opening the note I whisper back, "We aren't together anymore."
She looks astonished.
I carefully unfold the note.
It reads,

Amber, I want to let you know that I still love you and I always will love you. Yes, I did fall in love with Emily as well, I know that's something you don't want to hear, but it the truth. The only difference between my love for you two is,
I'm willing to give up everything for you Amber. I will stop loving Emily. I will never even look at her like I do you and I don't do that anyway. I see a future with you Amber. YOU are the one I want to be with. I already cut it off with Emily. Please. I would do anything for you Amber.

P. S. Happy birthday

I study the note. I'm so frustrated.
I write back,

Bullshit Tyler. You are the worst liar. I physically saw you with your arm around her at lunch. So just don't bother showing tonight.

I passed that back to him and gave him a couple minutes to see his response. I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn around to see a tear down his face and him giving me note.
It read,

Amber I was just comforting her. She is just as devastated as I am. Please take me back. I will do anything.

I crumble the note and shove it in my bag. I can't let him distract me today.
