I flopped down on my bed. The words kept playing over and over again in my mind.

We are like sisters!

We don't like each other like that.

You are my best friend, only my best friend!

So just forget about it

It never happend.

Of course it happend. If it didn't I wouldn't be having these thoughts. I wish it didn't happen. I wish everything was the same. I don't want to feel this way! Am I gay? No. I still have feelings for Tyler! So I must be, bisexual? Oh God!!! What do I do? Do I just tell Emily?! No. I can't. She will be creeped out! She won't be my friend anymore! What if Tyler finds out? What'll he do? Or..say?

I hear a knock at my door. "Who is it?"

"Your father."

"Its open."

He come in and sits down on my bed next to me.

"How may I help you?" I ask suspiciously.

"Well...no. I was just going to ask. Do you want to go out to eat tonight with the Graysons?" Emily's family. "They invited us out to thank us and lift their spirits."

"Sure." I say without thinking. Damn it.

"Okay great! We pick them up at 7. Be ready." My dad exits, shutting the door behind him.

"Wait!!" I yell.

He comes back in. "What?"

"Is it formal wear or casual?"

"Semi-formal." he once again exits.

I look at the clock. It reads five thirty?!! I have to start getting ready!

I get up rummaging through my clothes. I find a really beautiful dress that I wore to the dance. It goes down to my knees. It is white down to the waist. Once it reaches the waist it puffs out. The...uh...puffy part or whatever you call it is light pink with a couple of magenta layers mixed in there. It was gorgeous!

I lay it out on my bed for now so I can do my hair and makeup. I take a total of an hour to do both together. Half an hour left. I slap on the dress. Its more pretty on than it is off. I love it. I grab a pair of white high top converse. I throw them on and grab my phone. Six fifty three. I head out to the kitchen to my dad.

"I'm ready." I say.

"Lets go then!"

We go to the car. I sit in the back thinking Emily's mom would sit in the front.

We pulled up to their house. They were already outside and they hurried over to us. They got into the car. Emily sat in the middle.

Emily's dress was gorgeous! It went down to mid thigh. It was a spaghetti strap, all teal dress. There was a bow formed on the back of the dress. She had a teal bow with rhinestones on it in her hair. It was curled. I loved it.

We got to the restaurant. The Graysons and my dad and I walked to the main waitress.

"Table for five please." My dad says politely.

We get seated. "I have to go to the bathroom." Emily says. I look at Emily. Now is my chance.

"Yeah me too." I say.

We get up and walk to the bathroom. Once we get in there, Emily looks at me. "What do you need to tell me?" she asks. She can always tell when I'm on edge.

"Emily..." I am about to say it, "I-I'm,"

C'mon Amber you got this, "I'm bisexual." That wasn't so hard. But when I look at Emily's face I get worried.

Emily's eyes widened. "You are?!"

"Yes but I hope you don't hold that against me. I totally understand if you don't want to be my friend anymore."

"Are you kidding? I would never stop being your friend! You like who you like. I'm not stopping you."

I sigh of relief." Thank y-" I get cut off.

"So, what girl you crushing on?" Emily smirks.

"Uh, I uh."

"Sorry I'm rushing you. Never mind tell me later. Lets get back out there."

Phew. I just dodged a bullet.
