Chapter 16

~Niall~

I was so impressed in the painting Claire did for me. I wasn't impressed in her 'friend' Daniel. I see the way he looks at her and I don't like it. I just can't help but think that I'm not good enough for her.

I climbed out of bed and went to eat something.

"Hey Tori!" I said to the bored looking girl sitting on the couch.

"Hey." she aids aid without enthusiasm.

"If your bored you can hang out with Liam today. He isn't busy." I offered. She perked up and nodded.

I grabbed my cellphone and called Claire.

'Hey!" I said happily.

'Hey." he said in a sleepy voice.

"Want to come over?" I said hopefully,

"I have school." she giggled.

Daniel.

"Please." I said urgently. She sighed and I couldn't help but smirk.

"Your lucky I love you." she growled.

"I know." I said cheerfully, not being able to wipe the smile off my face. I put the phone down and looked up to see Harry stretching.

"Hey." I greeted him. He nodded in acknowledgment and got a banana from the counter.

"I'm going out today." Harry informed me.

"Where to?" I asked. He smirked.

"Bye now." he chuckled walking out the door.

Oh that cheeky boy.

~Brittany~

Niall talked Claire out of going to school, so Hallie and I walked alone. We went into our music class and I got a seat beside Hallie.

"She is lucky she doesn't have to be at school." hallie whined.

Our teacher explained how today we would each perform a song on the piano. I walked up to the piano and began practicing Over Again by the boys. I loved that song. Harry was so talented. Oh! And so were the boys.

I started playing but my finger hit the wrong key.

"Stupid piano!" I said in defeat. Big fingers leaned forward and began playing Over Again beautifully.

"Like this." a husky voice whispered in my ear.

"What are you doing here?" I giggled facing my boyfriend.

"Want to ditch?" he said smiling cheekily, revealing his dimples. I nodded eagerly and he took my hand.

"Family emergency." he whispered to the teacher before pulling me out.

"you boys need to stop lying!" I giggled.

"No can do." he chuckled. We walked outside and I closed my eyes, taking in the sunshine. I felt soft lips press against my cheek.

"Your so beautiful." Harry whispered huskily.

"Kiss up!" I said sticking my tongue out. He placed a hand on his heart in fake hurt.

"Brittany!" I heard someone shout. I turned around to see Daniel running after me.

"Hey!" I smiled to Claire, hallie, and my close friend.

"Hey." he said gasping for a breath. Harry's held my hand protectively.

"Can you give this to Claire?" he asked. I smiled and nodded handing me a sheet of paper. I accepted it and he ran off. I opened it and gasped.

~Claire~

Brittany ran in the boys apartment where Niall and I were sitting.

"Claire!" she screamed. I looked up and saw her worried filled eyes. She handed me a note.

I think I love you.

I gasped and turned around to see Niall reading the note over my shoulder.

"Niall-" I said warningly but it was too late. He was running out the door, his fist clenched.
