Niamh's POV
I yawned and curled into a fetal position, my head hurting. Someone sighed beside me and threw their arm over me, pulling me close to their body. I froze as they nuzzled the back of my head, inhaling me. My heart began to beat fast in my chest, and slowly I began to panic. The last person I had been in bed with had been Jeremy. I slowly opened my eyes and looked around me. I was in a brown room. The window had white curtains on it, not stopping the light from shining into the room. My clothes littered the floor along with what looked to be male clothes. There was a light brown dresser in the corner with pictures on it. Squinting my eyes, I had to stifle a gasp. They were pictures of Corbin and I.
Slowly, I moved from beneath the arm and stood up. I turned around, cautiously, and fearfully. Laying on the bed, brown curls a mess, was Corbin. His cheek was squished into his pillow, and he was drooling a little bit. I snatched my clothes from the floor and yanked them on as fast and quiet as I could. I raced out of the room and into the kitchen, looking for aspirin and my purse.
"You look like shit." I froze, heart stopping with fear. I turned around to see Chelsea sitting at the counter. "I can't believe you cut your hair." She took a sip of her coffee and continued reading the newspaper. "Did you enjoy your stay?"
"I wasn't able to get home." I took a deep breath. "Corbin and I might have drank a little bit of your alcohol last night."
Chelsea finally looked up at me, her eyes narrowing. "I noticed." She turned back to her newspaper, and I went back to looking for Aspirin. "Did you at least use a condom?"
I spun around. "What?" I snapped a little too harshly.
"Did you two at least use a condom?" She never once looked up from the paper.
"We didn't-"
Chelsea interuppted, "Drunk sex is not quiet sex. I just hope Addaline doesn't find out. She's annoying enough as it is. I'd hate what she'd do when she found out her babie's daddy is a cheating asshole."
I fell into a chair, head in my hands. "Please don't say anything. Addaline shouldn't have to raise her baby alone because we got drunk one time."
"Babies."
I nodded. "Yes. I know. Corbin's the baby's dad."
Chelsea set her coffee down and leaned towards me. "Corbin hasn't told you?"
I tilted my head a little. "Told me what?" Chelsea sat back in her chair, laughing a little. "What?"
She shook her head. "Nothing. Nothing at all. You better get out of here though. Addaline's coming to wake Corbin up so they can go to the OBGYN."
My heart clenched in my chest. "Oh." I stood up and grabbed my purse. Addaline and Corbin were going to go to the doctor's together. He'll probably be there when they figure out what sex the baby is. They'll be so happy, and they'll get pictures of the ultrasounds and they'll hear its little heartbeat together. Tears began to well in my eyes a little bit, and I grabbed my purse. I walked out of the house and called a taxi...

"You had sex with him?" My mother sat across from me at Millie's diner. Millie wasn't working today. Apparently she had been feeling ill and had to go to the doctor. Everyone knew what that meant though; here comes baby number nine. I slowly nodded and my mother head fell into her hands. She was shaking her head. "Did you two at least use a condom?"
"Yes?" She looked up at me, her eyes not believing. "No. Maybe? I can't remember, mom. We had drank."
She sighed, exasperated. "Didn't you learn from what happened with Heath?" At hearing his name, Heath giggled and threw his fork on the table. I grabbed it and handed it back to him, wiping potatoe off of his face. He whined a little and tried to push my hand away, but I was stronger than he was. After I finished, he shoved more potatoes into his mouth, smearing some onto the high chair he sat in. I groaned.
I chewed my lip. "Yes mom. I did. When Jeremy and I had sex I made sure to use a condom. I'm sure I used a condom."
My mother shook her head. "But you don't know." She looked at Heath. "Niamh, you're barely able to deal with Heath. How are you going to deal with two if you end up pregnant?"
"I'm not going to get pregnant! It was only once."
My mother glared at me. "It only takes once."
"Mom, I don't need this right now." I stood up and grabbed Heath, holding him to me and moving his hair out of his face.
"Where are you going?" She stood up.
I looked at her, tears in my eyes. "I don't know, okay? I have no house, I had sex with my best friend again, and Addaline's pregnant."
"You still love him, don't you?"
I shook my head. "No. I just wish my life was going as great as his is right now. He has his dream job, a woman he loves, a baby on the way. And what do I have? A baby whose father doesn't even know about him."
"Niamh, just calm down. What's wrong?"
I shook my head. "I'm sorry. I just, I guess I'm just jealous. I never had that. You know, someone to do all the baby things with me." I try to laugh, but it just sounds forced. "I'm sorry."
"Niamh, you can stay with me until you find somewhere else to stay."
I smiled a little. "I know, I know that. Thanks mom." I picked up a napkin and wiped Heath's face. He started fussing and soon tears were falling down his face. I kissed his cheek and wiped his face. Grabbing the bag, I headed towards the front door. I hooked Heath up in his carseat and climbed into the Chevy.

Corbin's POV
I stretched, and rolled over, slinging my arm off the side of the bed. I sat up. "Niamh?" Yawning, I rubbed my forehead, and rested my head between my knees. My head hurt. I leaned up and looked around the room. Niamh's clothes were gone and mine were the only ones on the ground.
"Oh, you're up." I looked to the door to see Addaline leaning against the door frame. She had a huge smile on her face. "Are you ready?"
"Ready for what?"
Addaline rolled her eyes and crawled onto the bed and into my lap. "The check up. For the baby." She kissed my lips, and then leaned back and wrinkled her nose. "You smell like alcohol and sweat."
My face began to heat up with embarassment. "I- uh- after the funeral I may have gotten a little drunk."
Addaline frowned. "Corby... You know how I feel about drinking."
"Addie, I was extremely sad and wanted to take my mind off of it."
She got off the bed and glared at me, her arms crossed over her chest. "That's how it starts Corbin."
"How what starts, Addie?"
"Alcoholism, Corbin! Alcoholism! Do you want to end up like your mother?"
"Addaline, it was one time. I don't drink all the time!"
She shook her head. "Are you really ready for this? For our baby? Do you even want it?"
I sighed. 'Yes Addaline. Of course I do. God. It was one night of drinking. Calm down."
Addaline looked at me, tears filling her eyes. 'I am calm! Screw you Corbin! You know what? Just stay home! I don't need you!" She ran out of my room crying. I could hear her slam the front door. I sighed.
"Did you tell her you cheated on her?" I looked up to see my mom glaring at me.
